Page 1:
The chapter begins with Orochimaru, Karin and Suigetsu heading to where the Kages are.
Orochimaru: "Karin, according to the Second Hokage's sensing skills, Tsunade's and 4 more chakra levels are really low. Can you check their condition again?"
Karin: "Yeah, I'll do it!"
Karin is shown using her Mind's Eye of the Kagura.
Karin: "I found them! We're really close. The worse is that one of the chakras is almost zero, the other 4 are stabilized and are out of danger."
Page 2:
Orochimaru: "That Tsunade, maybe she used her last reserves of chakra to heal these other 4 people..."
Suigetsu: "Orochimaru-sama, the 4 others can be the other four Kages."
Karin: "Yes, they are. I know their chakra very well from our clash with them at the Kage Summit."
Orochimaru: "So she planned to sacrifice herself to save the other Kages... This won't happen, Karin, Suigetsu, we'll save my old friend!"
Karin: "Right!"
Page 3:
Orochimaru, Karin and Suigetsu arrive and see horrible view. Tsunade is cut in half and is on the verge of dying.
Orochimaru: "Long time no see, Tsunade..."
Tsunade: "Orochi...maru... What are you... doing here?"
Orochimaru: "Don't worry my old friend, we are no longer enemies. Our one and only enemy is Madara Uchiha."
Page 4:
Tsunade is shocked to hear this, as well as the other Kages.
Gaara: "Orochimaru... I appreciate your will to help us, but you know that you did terrible things in the past and you won't be forgiven that easily, don't you?"
Ay: "Kazekage, let him help. We don't have any time to talk, we have to save Princess Tsunade first, if he's willing to help, be it."
Orochimaru: "Hehehe, you heard him, Gaara-kun. I'll help you in the war, and then I'll take responsibility for my past actions."
Page 5:
Tsunade: "Orochimaru... What are you planning to do?"
Orochimaru: "You know that I hated the fact that I have to die someday, so I did a plenty of researches to become immortal. I know some tricks that can save you. Besides, this girl with me is from the Uzumaki clan, she's pretty good medical ninja."
Mei: "The girl that was with Sasuke at the Summit?"
Tsunade: "Alright then... Katsuyu... help... him."

Katsuyu: "Yes, my lady!"
Katsuyu removes the tree from Tsunade and connects her body, healing the bigger wounds.
Katsuyu: "Orochimaru-sama, now, begin with the healing, we don't have much time!"
Orochimaru: "Karin, heal her until I'm ready with the jutsu."
Karin: "I'm on it! Fifth Hokage, bite my hand!"
Page 7:
Tsunade bites Karin and starts to glow, as Karin is transferring her chakra into Tsunade in order to heal her.
Orochimaru: "Suigetsu, do you remember where you found the scroll with the Hokages's DNA?"
Suigetsu: "Um, yeah, of course. That was one of your hideouts."
Orochimaru: "I want you to go there until me and Karin are healing Tsunade, I have plenty of DNA's there, I want you to bring me his DNA."
Page 8:
Suigetsu: "His? You mean..."
Orochimaru: "Yes, I don't want my old friend to miss this. I want him to see something, too."
Suigetsu: "Alright, I'm going!"
Orochimaru: (Thinking) "Heheh, this is going to be fun after all." (Smirks)
Page 9:
Orochimaru: "Well then, since I was commended by the First Hokage himself, I'm going to save his granddaughter..."
Tsunade: "Grandfather... Do you mean that... you reanimated him?"
Orochimaru: "Yeah, as well as Sarutobi-sensei, Tobirama-sama and Minato-kun. They're on the battlefield now, alongside Sasuke, who decided to protect Konoha and the shinobi world."
Ay, Gaara, Mei and Onoki: "!!!"

Tsunade: "I see..."
Orochimaru: "Well then, I have a lot of the First's DNA, so I think I'll be able to do this... Mokuton: Instant Regeneration!"
Karin and Orochimaru begin to heal Tsunade seriously, as Suigetsu is shown arriving in the hideout.
Suigetsu: "I have to find it."
Page 11:
Suigetsu: "Let's see... Where could it be... Here, I found it! I guess we were lucky that we had 6 White Zetsu clones guarding Sasuke, after all..."
The battlefield is now shown, as Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura are standing on their summonings.
Page 12:
Minato: "Lord Third... Aren't they just like-"
Hiruzen: "Yes, they are just like my subordinates, the Legendary Sannin. I'm proud of all the young generation, especially your son, Sasuke and Sakura."
Tobirama: "This kids are great ninjas for sure, Saru, you've grown up a fine generation!"
Hiruzen: "I guess you are right, Lord Second..." (Smiles)

Naruto: "Wow, Gamakichi, you've grown a lot!"
Gamakichi: "Naruto, what the hell is this thing? You're trying to tell me that this will be my first fight?"
Naruto: "Hehe, you bet, if you want to help me."
Manda's son: "Kid, you dare to summon me after doing this to my father?"
Sasuke: "We don't have time to talk, I'll give you a payback after the war."
Katsuyu's daughter: "Sakura, this is the first time you are summoning me in battle. Are there any troubles?"
Sakura: "Well, you can say so. We are going to heal all the wounded people!"

Naruto: "Alright then, Sasuke, we'll attack the clones!"

Naruto: "Gamakichi, use your Toad Oil Bullet and Sasuke, use-"

Sasuke: "Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu!"
Sasuke and Gamakichi create strong Katon technique similar to Jiraiya and Gamabunta's, burning many Juubi clones.
Page 16:
Katsuyu's daughter: "Hey boy, what's your chakra nature?"
Naruto: "Who? Me? Wind!"
Katsuyu's daughter: "Good, perform some Futon technique and combine it with mine! Suiton: Acid Slime!
Naruto: "Alright, Futon: Rasengan!"
Katsuyu's daughter and Naruto create Acid Tornado, which is melting some clones.
Page 17:
???: "You've grown up into a great shinobi, Naruto. I'm proud of you."
???: "So you are using the Snake Summoning Jutsu I taught you, Sasuke."
???: "You mastered my Byakugou, you're my student after all, Sakura."
All three perform Kuchiyose no Jutsu, summoning Gamabunta, Katsuyu and a white snake.
Page 18:
Sasuke: "You're late, Orochimaru."
Minato: "Jiraiya-sensei...?
Naruto: "Pervy Sage, I was so happy when I sensed you, you know." (Smiles)
Sakura: "Tsunade-sama, you're alright!"
Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Orochimaru, Tsunade and Edo Jiraiya are shown atop their respective summonings, the other Kages, Suigetsu and Karin arrive, too.
