The chapter begins with Orochimaru, Karin and Suigetsu heading to where the Kages are.
Orochimaru: "Karin, according to the Second Hokage's sensing skills, Tsunade's and 4 more chakra levels are really low. Can you check their condition again?"
Karin: "Yeah, I'll do it!"
Karin is shown using her Mind's Eye of the Kagura.
Karin: "I found them! We're really close. The worse is that one of the chakras is almost zero, the other 4 are stabilized and are out of danger."

Orochimaru: "That Tsunade, maybe she used her last reserves of chakra to heal these other 4 people..."
Suigetsu: "Orochimaru-sama, the 4 others can be the other four Kages."
Karin: "Yes, they are. I know their chakra very well from our clash with them at the Kage Summit."
