I still think "Them" refers to the Sage of Six Paths sons.
Why?
Because it was around the time the Sage died that the clans of Senju and Uchiha were born. The struggle and rivalry between these two clans originated from the rivalry and struggle of the son's relationship.
The older son sought after power, just like the Uchiha are.
The younger son found love and peace to be the answer, much like the Senju.
It all began with them, so who else knows more about the meaning of a clan and village than these two?
That's my thought anyways.

i think it was something like harry potter... orochimaru simply dispersed his chakra into various places. thats why he appeared out of sasuke when he fought itachi. yes because he absorbed him but also because the curse mark is also orochimarus sennin chakra fused with jugo's.the explanation im giving might be hard but simply. his chakra was in anko, kabuto, sasuke, and his own body chakra. sasuke/orochimaru chakra=sealed, orochimaru nomal body chakra=vanished. only anko and kabuto left and hence why he could be ressurected a curse seal release of his sennin chakra. i think i explained it with some sense

Wow. A lot of possibilities as to which whom Sasuke and Oro are referring to.
First, 'The human who knows everything' and 'them' could be two different things. It could be a translation thing, too.
It's not necessary that 'they' are among the living. And its a possibility that there is a jutsu with which one can travel among the dead and talk to them or have a conversation with them without Edo tensei-like consequences.
The human who knows everything sounds like a sage to me.
Kishi loves symmetry, as do all artists, so the legendary sennin (sages) were all capable of sage-mode. The next generation, as we've read countless times, always surpasses the previous. Therefore Kabuto's SM surpassed Oro's, Naruto's surpassed J-man's. Not looking forward to 'Hell-yeah' girl surpassing Tsunade... but, its probably coming.
I believe that 'The Human who knows Everything' is the So6P. I don't expect him to be Edo'd back to existence. The scroll will make it possible without prerequisites of ET. For a one-time conversation.
And, 'them' will be his parents. To ask 'Why the Coup D'etat?' 'Was it worth it?' 'Were you fooled or forced?' (by Danzo or Tobi or Madara) 'What were you all thinking?'
Big Questions:
1. If 'only Hashirama can defeat Madara' and Madara survived to live after VoTE battle with 'part' of Hashirama and achieved Rinnegan 'shortly before his death' (at some undetermined point in time after VoTE). Was Hashirama brought back to life by Tobirama using ET to defeat Madara the second time? If not, how could he have died?
2. If Madara 'made' Tobi by infusing Hashi-cells to a resurrected Izuna using that path of Rinnegan, how long were they in hiding? When did Akatsuki REALLY begin. I assume there existed an Akatsuki which utilized the Kin-Gin brothers, Zetsu and Kakuzu for example, lead by a masked Madara with 'Tobi' as one of his underlings.

I predict that Oro may bring Sasuke back to the Uchiha Clan hideout and resurrect a key figure in the past that could shed light onto the conflict within Sasuke. It could be another Uchiha clan member or someone we have never met before. Seems pretty cool that Oro is back and he is willing to help somebody for once other than Kabuto. One thing is for sure, he is still after Sasuke's body. So this could easily become a crazy conclusion to the Ship series coming soon.

I take from 593 Orochimaru resurrection that the uchia deadbodies are all stored in 1 location where not sure?maybe the leaf village that way they are watched over just incase sumbody were to try and learn there secret's?[when i say all uchia except:Itachi-Obito-Izuna-Shisu-Madara ]Also sasuke will get oro to revive his parents with Edo tensie jutsu ..they should kno every detail they were part of the coup dete..most likely played a part in the wars . and knew of itachi there son deception towards his own clan. just to protect the Leaf village but did nothing to stop him or the massacre ..[Why would they let the whole clan die...except sasuke is most likely be the question sasuke will ask ]???[Look @ page 10 ] sasauke knows of this location…[is oro inpliying that sasuke knows.bcuz sasuke eyes are the same as Itachi uchia]?? This chapter is kinda interesting....as much as I hate Sasuke...I'm seeing that calmness of the CM Sasuke....he's not running off at the mouth trying to jump back into battle...
But I am curious as to who he's trying to go see....
On a great note, Oro is back....which is why I'm giving it a 4. Oro and Jiraiya were 2 of my favorites over all others....Jiraiya the most powerful, and Oro with the most techniques...Great chapter...

I'm sorry but I give this chapter a 1/5 stars just because of it being released earlier. Suigetsu's reaction was funny but was dragged out for too long as if just to give this chapter some extra meat since without it it would have been too short. I'm starting to really dislike the fact that Kishimoto NEEDS to bring characters back from the dead for the plot to develop and I also find that really poorly written. Atleast the Edos made sense as they were used as soldiers in the war. There should have been some preperation done for this form of revival but no, Sasuke just pulls it out of his ass. Since when have we seen him be such an expert in this field? Orochimaru's come back has made (for me) the whole time from when he was killed to now a waste since Sasuke's side of the story has backpedaled. I also am not liking the amount of chapters we are being given of Sasuke when we are missing out on so much of Naruto's battle which looks epic and more entertaining then Sasuke's story. You can really see how Kishimoto plays favourites in his manga which is starting to really turn me off from Naruto as other characters' stories are way underdeveloped. And don't say that Naruto is not all about action, this is a freaking war and the characters are just standing and talking (best example of this would be the Madara vs. Kages fight) when they should be fighting/killing/sealing the opposition. Finally, where the hell is the Allied Shinobi Force? What are they, snails?
