The 3 tailed beast was captured by Tobi and Deidara in the manga, too, so at least the fact that it was without a host is not only from a filler.

It contradict the story because the 4th mizukage is the 3 tails beast host that Madara controlled him through his sharingan. So it contradict the previous episode that says "The only beast that dont have a host" (3 tails). Anyone knows what the hell happening here?

Madara was controlling the Fourth Mizukage before he and Deidara captured it. Kisame was recalling events from his past, so at some point, the Three-Tailed Beast was extracted from Yagura's body for reasons that are as of yet unknown, and then Deidara and Madara (posing as Tobi at the time) captured it, and it was sealed by Akatsuki into Gedo Mazo, the Demon Sealing Statue.

Did anyone noticed that the mizukage is the 3 tails host? how can it be that during the naruto anime tobi and deidara captured the 3 tails w/o the host? how come mizukage is the 3 tailed beast host?

At some point in the past, the Three-Tails fell into the possession of Kirigakure and was sealed within Yagura, the Fourth Mizukage. It was later extracted from its host for some reason, and escaped into the wild. (naruto pedia)

dude wtf? the convo between them was LONG time ago....Yagura was a jinchuriki but for unknown reasons, like silenceofthelambs said, he lost the 3 tailed beast....so according to narutowiki:

Yagura was the host of the Three-Tails when Madara was controlling him. At some point after these events, the beast was removed from Yagura's body, and his life came to an end as a result.

Also, the Three-Tails was captured much before Naruto began learning Sage Techniques. Below is the chapter where Deidara and Madara (using the persona of Tobi) subdued the Three-Tailed Beast and brought it back to be sealed.

And here is where Fukasaku proposes to teach Sage Arts to Naruto, which is still several chapters before he actually physically begins learning them.

Dude Madara was controlling the 4th Mizukage the 3 tails Jinchuuriki true but that was a LONG time ago most probably the Mist top ninjas found out that someone was controlling Yagura. In any case remember hosts of Bijuus can be changed. Hashirama's wife was the first Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi but then Konoha changed the host because they knew that Hashirama's wife was too old. For any reason hosts can be changed so when the Mist thought that they had to keep the 3 tails in their possession they changed their hosts and then after long time Deidara and Kakuzu captured the 3 tails simple is doesn't contradict with the story.
