If anyone here complaining about the manga then get a life u fckng ungrateful brat! we should b thankful for kishi for entertaining us. We should wait and read/see coz every details of his works have a meaning. Again, stop complaining about kishi. Anyway, did you see kisame quickly absorb bee's chakra thru samehada bcoz kisame is weak and he needs it to defend his self from the bunch of enemies. I think samehada/kisame will trick bee's or a plan only to capture bee then leave the island. We all know kisame's ability and the last remaining member of Akatsuki. Kisame is so fckng wise and smart but we will wait it 'til kishi reveals everything.

Naruto was halfway there between levels of control of the kyubii when he fought Sasuke. So he didn't have full control then because the fox's chakra was moving on its own accord. Now that he is the solely one controlling the kyubii powers he doesn't know his limitations.

for Gai to die right now wouldn't make sense.. he just got re introduced into the series again... Besides it would make more sense if it were like Asuma dying infront of Shikamaru... Gai is too important to go down yet I think that he will def finish Kisame off even thou that would be sad taking into account is a great villain and a formidable foe

i give it a 5/10.... i was also disappointed that naruto let a stuck ankle keep him from fighting....

I find it retarded how Naruto can sprain his ankle with Chakra like that when after he leaves kyubii mode normally after long battles... he doesn't even have a scratch on him... Odd that his new chakra cloak offers less protection than the kyubii cloak! ¬_¬

I said the same thing in another thread. Couldnt have put it better myself. Maybe becuase it was the Kyuubi doing it and not Naruto, but I still think it is stupid.

new user here.. i think this 1 is pretty good, with the only exception where naruto sprain his ankle.. i was like wtf?!
i think what is gonna happen next week:
guy's afternoon tiger is stronger than the shark missle, but because they r in water they r gonna talk some trash about being in the water and boosting the missile's power so they cancel each other out, then guy is gonna open the 8th gate and kills kisame in 508, or maybe 509.. because, they always talk about the gates and they are gonna have to use the 8th gate sometime sooner or later, and seeing as guy has opened the 7th, i don't see him stopping. if this is the case, then guy and kisame both die, and lee won't have to get revenge, not the same storyline as asuma and shikamaru.. i have money on this happening!!

Gai got this in the bag. He was already arguably kage level or atleast near it, than he adds 7 gates, Over Kill.... Oh, doesn't kisame has advance healing abilities? If so he should be able to shrug off naruto's previous attack. ( Gonna check to make sure)

I used to think Kisame created Samehada, I guess not now, does anyone know the origin of Samehada?

I have to say I thought this week one was an extreme let down, it safe to say it deserves an 1/5 in my opinion

Insane chapter, I guess Kisame might win after all, I think Gai will die next week, since he's opening most of his gates and if he misses, Kisame can finish him off. But I wonder if the shark with the scroll will get away, hopefully it does and Kisame prevails.

Also, Samehada was left behind, anyone think that once it's all alone with Killer Bee that it will suck his chakra and end up consuming him and escaping the island? There's really no reason for Kisame to leave Samehada behind if he didn't have a plan.

your theroy on it sucking the life out kb is not likely. samehada likes killerbee and kisame was surprised that samehada had left him (as seen on page 3). and also the only reason that kisame had took kb charka was because when samehada was running up 2 him kisame grabbed samehada and took kb charka

You are just rationalizing.
So cave walls can hold a tailed beast, how does that prevent him getting his foot out of few inches deep hole that he already made ? If you say because the walls are strong, then how come could he get his foot inside in the first place ? It simply doesn't make sense. If you got power to push it inside, its just as easy to pull it out, and there's already a hole.

And you can't break concrete just by power, you need sturdy bones to do that too, which Naruto obviously has. He wouldn't get his ankle hurt with sturdy enough bones that can make holes on concrete. He is already "all powerful instantly", at least powerful enough to break that wall, are you saying it requires more power to pull it back from a crack wall ?

Well I also was surprised to see the reason why naruto was left out of the fight but look at it in this way in naruto world anything can happen its up to Kishi. And well in real life sometimes you can get heat really hard and be left with minor injuries like briuses and stuff but there are cases when you jump from 2 feet high and brake or sprain anckle.

I dunno... if we're gonna argue this one out, i would say the amount of strength and speed in a jinchuuriki's cloak even at say two to three tails is probably Kage level of power. That is even assuming there is a "kage level" of power in terms of brute force (like raikage and tsunade) but we've seen that's not always the case (with 3rd and 4th). So am not sure Kakashis point is a good yardstick.
And killerbee was at 8 tails-inside the water- (if i remember correctly) b4 kisame absorbed his chakra the first time they fought. Maybe i am over-rationalizing, but that's what i do
