You're all forgetting something,that cave was designed to contain the tailed beasts if they got loose while training not to mention that the kyuubi used to do all the healing and since naruto doesnt know how to control his powers yet its only normal for him to twist his ankle !!!! or do you want him to get all powerful instantly ???
You are just rationalizing.
So cave walls can hold a tailed beast, how does that prevent him getting his foot out of few inches deep hole that he already made ? If you say because the walls are strong, then how come could he get his foot inside in the first place ? It simply doesn't make sense. If you got power to push it inside, its just as easy to pull it out, and there's already a hole.
And you can't break concrete just by power, you need sturdy bones to do that too, which Naruto obviously has. He wouldn't get his ankle hurt with sturdy enough bones that can make holes on concrete. He is already "all powerful instantly", at least powerful enough to break that wall, are you saying it requires more power to pull it back from a crack wall ?
