dude all the manga sites are slowly shutting down normally id say onemanga.com but they just got close down due to everything being licensed now so really its almost time to buy the novels (which i do anyways to support kishi's work) or use pay sites soon there's probably still free sites out there and maybe always will but there not going to be as easy to get anymore, watch when narutobase has to become a pay site to read manga or else they get closed down (sorry to be mr. doom and gloom) ANYWAYS to answer your question i found this site(

For the last time... The Body Flicker technique (which is what Naruto used, NOT Flying Thunder God) is simply high speed movement. In the past, characters have called it the teleportation technique because it appears as if the user has teleported, even when they simply moved at a very high speed.

The Flying Thunder God technique is ACTUAL teleportation--ACTUAL time-space ninjutsu, which is basically being in one specific location and instantaneously appearing in another location, without having actually traveled the distance between the two locations.

All Naruto did in that chapter was use Body Flicker, which is proved by the fact that Killer Bee even stated "teleportation" and that "all he saw was a yellow flash." It would have been impossible for KB to see that had Naruto used a time-space ninjutsu like FTG. Even Naruto wiki says he used Body Flicker...high speed movement. High speed movement does not equal time-space ninjutsu, which is true teleportation.

Silenceofthelambs I have never really got why people dislike your arguments....until now. I like reading most of your arguments and most of your interpretations of the manga are, in my perspective, right, but sometimes....damm, you're so thick. (sorry)

I just...god...

Ok...so it just HAPPENED that every Hokage (and kage) so far has been the strongest ninja in their village...it's just...coincidence. Right? That's your overall message. It's coincidence.

I understand that love passion and determination are problably 50% of what a kage has to be. I agree. But don't say that that's enough. It's stupid to think its like that. A kage has to to love and be willing to protect the village against everyone...but he has to be CAPABLE of doing so. And for that he/she needs to be powerfull, strong, wise and have great knowledge. That's the fact. Even if you don't want to agnowledge that, all the kages in the series so far only prove that you need power. You need to be strong. Or, even with all the will in the world, you won't be able to protect or do anything to save your village when a strong foe comes your way.

Tsunade, when she was named hokage WAS the strongest ninja in the village. Jiraya was the other one strong or stronger than her. And she proved that when she saved the villagers in the pain battle.


But I'll explain something that you don't seem to understand. What's a strong ninja?

1st- Will power/determination/goals/spirit
2nd- Talent
3rd- Unique caracteristics (huge chakra, great chakra control. gekkey kenkai, etc)
4th- Inteligence/wisdom

And all this can mean something more than just firepower. For example, madara who you love so much, until now hasn't shown a single strong attack move and we all agree that he's a strong ninja. He has all of the above. Tsunade, even with her superstrengh, doesn't have a "super attack", but she is powerfull as she is the only ninja capable of doing what she did and capable of saving all the people that she saved. She has all of the above.

So if you read in my words that a strong ninja is someone who has great firepower, it isn't. A strong ninja can for example use techniques like sealing and healing that are difficult to master and still not be strong in battle. But a strong ninja has to have some bigger power than others. He has to have.

Take iruka for example. He loves the village. A lot. But could he become hokage? never. He's an average, normal ninja, with no outstanding techniques in any area. He isn't strong.

Its simple. Sorry to burst your bubble but you're wrong on this one.

He's not thick he's just biased like everyone on discussion boards are. Thats what makes them fun we can all see that he favors madara no matter what. He makes his lost to Minato seem like a win when a loss is a loss, but whatever I do the same with Itachi and minato we're all biased towards characters in this manga

These are all the techniques Minato knew; I have shown you proof that this is the extent of his power. But for Madara, we know that he had an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (and whether he still has it is unclear), and thus we do not know what powers it gave him, as Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan will give him. That's why you can't judge Madara's power because we haven't seen the entirety of it. But for Minato, we can, since he has displayed each technique he knows, directly in battle. What do you think?

So by your reasoning what he did in this one battle is the extent of his powers! R I D I C U L O U S, We know that he was capable of much more even though we did not see all his techniques. Likewise YOU cannot assume that the extent of Minato's powers were revealed in one battle! Think man, THINK. PLEASE!!! During any battle every Ninja will only use what is necessary and expedient to quickly win a battle.
