[Predictions] Naruto Manga 490 Discussion and 491 Predictions

This was a good chapter as far as moving some things along. Naruto's training to control the Kyuubi is going to be important but i don't think this is the powerup everyone is going to be hoping for (KB has the 8 tails but he was able to get pawned so having masses of Chakra isn't enough). Chakra fuels their techniques, having the Kyubi's chakra means he can do alot more techniques but what kind of techniques is what is going to matter. Sasuke's techniques can now be sustained without limit now that he has the EMS. Also there are still other techniques to the EMS (since everyone who gets it gets something different) which would be why Tobi/Madara collects them.

I think the 9 tails & the 8 tails have diffrent kind of powers we have no idea the true full power of the Kyuubi is capable of & i personaly think that the MS powers are some how connected to the Kyuubi & i think if Naruto can master the Kyuubi he will learn a secret that only Madara knows about the connection between the Kyuubi & the Uchiha & why the Sharingan is cursed

The one in the coffin is the Sage of the Six Paths or an unknown character. The Sage is the only one I know who has enough power to terrify madara...and it would be a good way to show his face, explain his story and the truth behind rinnegan and sharingan.
It also could be Madara's original body, and it would explain Madara's story instead of the Sage's.
But I hope it's the Sage!

i'm pretty sure the 4th did... but i haven't really seen any proof of it. the sage toads seemed to know the 4th pretty well, hell, the scroll frog was entrusted with the 4th's contract of the seal... but i don't think there's been any mention of him actually going through sage training. it's just assumed.

Sorry it took me so long to repost I was going threw all the manga chapters ... still havent finished, but I found the same one as you did and also Chap 344 - The Snake page 5 , he doesn't have his Sharingan active.

However as I kept reading the manga again every tme Itachi is shown he's using the Sharingan more and more untill every time you see him he always has it on ...

However it seems as though it is by choice not b/c its permanent and the Wikia statement which " Vegita " dont remember his posting name gave .... suports that ... it said that since he had trained so long with sharingan that he " could " keep it active with minimal chakra drain.

The key word in that sentence is " could " which doesnt mean its permanent but rather a choice.

What im getting at is that the only ones who permanently have sharingan active not by choice is those who transplant the sharingan ... Uchiha or otherwise.

The thing I wonder is we know Kakashi has to keep his covered b/c of the chakra drain but it seems like Madara doesnt ... also I begain to wonder if he didnt loose his other eye then maybe he keeps it covered so he uses less chakra by having only one sharingan out b/c he has to see even though it drains his chakra somewhat.

Or maybe when a true Uchiha upgrades to EMS they always have their sharingan active and it doesnt drain chakra.

I know its off topic but it something I was just wondering about.

I`ve been wondering about something recently.

You know the two frogs Naruto always summon, right? Gambaki and the other one(the yellow one).

Well i read through the Pain arc sometime ago and he(the yellow one) wasn`t even shown once!

I mean why wasn`t he at the frog mountain for instance?

So i`ve been thinking. Does he only appear in the Anime? Is he a filler character?

I`m too lazy to check if he`s shown in the Manga during Naruto`s fight with Gaara, but i know he was summoned that time in the anime.

Can somebody tell me if he`s in the manga or not, cause i can`t really remember him outside the filler arcs in the anime like the Three Tail arcxd

You are on to something but a bit off. Itachi made Sasuke a hateful person for 1 reason. He hoped Sasuke would kill his best friend, obtaining the MS, and then killing Itachi with it, would gain an even more powerful MS, and after obtaining Itachi's eyes, gain a power on a whole new level. Why did Itachi want Sasuke this strong? To defeat Madara ofcourse. His hope was that Sasuke would also seek justice, but Sasuke only stuck to revenge, allowing Madara to manipulate him.

I totally respect your opinion but where would Sasuke have gotten to by killing Naruto? He would have been thrown into prison without ever getting close to Madara. The whole leaf village would have been after him big time and combined, they are a force to reckon. I honestly disagree with Itachi's methods in regards to Sasuke. He should have handled it differently.

Anyway that brother role was sought of handed over to Naruto by Itachi. I hope that Naruto saves him by convincing him that he still has a brother in him who loves him dearly and they fight together to bring down Madara, Kabuto and then end the war or he kills him. I hope for the first one because as it was said by Madara, the older brother swore to destroy the younger one. If they become friends again, the so called curse of the Uchiha could be uplifted and there would be peace between them for etenity. If he is saved, I am almost certain that Tsunade would drop the charges against him now that Danzo is gone. If he dies, so be it. He would be at peace with his clan.

If Naruto can save him then Madara and Kabuto better watch out because they will have to face Itachi, whose powers are in Sasuke, Sasuke, Naruto and all the other ninjas.

I didn`t really get what you were saying, but are you saying that we can see in the new anime intro when Naruto fights Pain that Naruto also summon Gambaki`s brother?

This is an epic prediction. I believe that Shisui could be Tobi. That would explain Sasuke's insane leap into insanity. And maybe the reason Sasuke is not a loyal follower and still is somewhat resistant is his hate. But the reason he got so crazy was because he was edged there by the eye of Shisui. If thats the case then he could come back to Konoha. They would understand. And Tobi mentioned the Moon Eye plan. He wants to control everyone's actions? Hello? Ring A Bell? Shisui's eye without MS could do that. This would also explain why Tobi only has one eye as well. Theres just a couple of things that don't add up though. One, if shisui didnt die, how Itachi get his MS? 2) If he was Tobi all along i'm sure Itachi would have sensed it, I wonder why he never mentioned it?

and also (a prediction) think Tobi could be Itachi and Sasuke's father? He was supposedly strong. Head of the Konoha police. he hated Konoha and was the leader of the coup d tat. it could b him maybe

One more thing I was thinking about that could lead to Shisui being Tobi is that we know Madara had infiltrated Konoha at the same time Itachi supposedly killed Shisui. In addition we never saw Shisui's death like we did Obito, it was always just told that Shisui was found dead. I don't know it still seems farfetched but the sharingan abilities match up and the mystery around them both seems to leave the possibility.

As far as it being Itachi and Sasauke's father, I think that is definitely a possibility but again we saw him die and I really think it is going to be someone who either hasn't been introduced yet or someone who was never shown dead (Madara, Shisui.)

Naruto mayb a descendant of the younger son of Sage of 6 paths, but the younger son didnt hav Rinnegan. Dont forget Sasuke is the descendant of the elder son .. so its kinda balanced

i wont go as far to say that it cannot be obito, id say there is less than a 5% prob that it will.
id say 35% prob that it will be madara and 50% shisui.
9% is other uchiha and 1% just plain other.

tobi said the first gave bijuu to most nations to create peace and a pic was shown of madara fighting the first using the fox in tobi's flash back image.

i still think naruto should be able to beat sasuke 1 vs 1 without the fox's help, although naruto is held back with the fox disturbing his chakra and keeping some of naruto's chakra held back to supress the fox.
naruto should really be using that power to even out his score against madara as he has become alot more powerful.
naruto needs to become the ninja we know he should be and surpass even the sage of six paths using his own srength and not that of the fox's.

and before i get rage comments about the jyubii, the sage fought and sealed the jyubii using his own power.
naruto is the sages successor and the child of prophesy.
the younger brother beat the elder, hashirama beat madara so why does naruto need the kyubii to beat sasuke?
it just doesnt add up.

Now, seriously, I think the casket contains the the manga's last and ultimate enemy (I could be wrong), which by the way is not Madara, as Kishimoto said. I highly doubt is the sage of the Six Paths since as someone else said known really knows what he looks like and he found the ninja world, which none knows when started either. It definitively has to be someone completely different that we are not aware of. I think it's pretty obvious that Kishimoto likes to surprise his fans, something he has proven over and over with each manga arc...

No, he is not a filler character. He appears just once in the manga during the 3 sanin battle

first ask your selfs why orochimaru would summon the 4th hokage while knowing that he was sealed by the death reaper!!! and was only stopped because the 3rd hokage stopped it just in time!, read/watch the chapter again please
this means that kabuto could have summoned the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or the 4th hokage is he wants too and being sealed by that method doesnt matter!

I dont know who is in the coffin but i don't think to be the last and ultimate enemy. He is already dead that's why Kabuto summoned him. He is under the control of Kabuto, such person can't be the last villain. otherwise it has to be Kabuto because he is the one who controls him
