Nice Sasuke nice this is what I been waiting for, finally it's time to show your true colours xd.
Btw awesome chapter looks like the manga has finally come in to the new year.
I don't think Karin is dead you can't die if your hit in your shoulder, but this has proven that Sasuke is willing to hurt his own comrades to achieve his goal, excellent. Final thing whoever said Sasuke only hurt Karin so he can save her get over yourself Sasuke evil & I like it xdxdxd.

She was not hit on the shoulder.. Seemed more on the upper-chest close to the neck..
I like how he was smiling while fiercing through the 2 of them with Chidori..but most likely didn't killed her,which is lame..

ok if people are saying Sasuke didn't kill Karin which i also think it is then he didn't sacrifice anything. So the Chapter's name was Sacrifice for nothing if Karin survives. Don't know why did Sasuke used Amaterasu at the end and also Madara interesting in taking Shisui's eye. Also now even if Danzou somehow escapes now we turn our attention purely to Naruto, will he start training and if with whom or will he get the power or something that Itachi gave him. Also interested in Kabuto whats he up to. I remember before the Kage meeting Danzou talking about Kabuto and he told his Root guys to search for him he also said Kabuto "might" know about him and Orochimaru which means Kabuto may or may not know about the time when Orochimaru and Danzou worked together. And Danzou said that Kabuto may be helpful for his right eye and arm. Interesting. Wonder why did Sasuke let Kabuto go in the first place.

good chapter.
This is what I can gather from it:
1) Sasuke has gotten a sort of power-up from being colder. We see his genjutsu is improving and becoming more like itachi's. We also see sasuke is still as smart as ever, analyzing his fight and planning a few moves ahead, although not quite at itachi's level or shikamaru's yet.
2) Danzou will very likely survive this encounter. I have two reasons why I believe such: for one, he still has shisui's eye. He could throw it away for izanagi at the last moment; or for two, he could bite karin and recover. and If that also renegerates chakra and limbs, danzou would be back in action (although I doubt the eyes open again.)
Madara seems really pleased sasuke went and killed a hostage to get to his target. This was madara's goal all along; getting sasuke to lose any trace of his "will of fire" since he's a konoha nin.
I hope Madara doesn't forcibly put Itachi's eyes into Sasuke. From the looks of it, I think Sasuke has lost a lot of light already. Unless he wakes up some eternal light MS on his own, I think it's inevitable he will end up with Itachi's eyes.

I totally agree with you saskue has become mor darker but that is the source of his power and madara like you said just wanted saskue to except all the hatered in his heart and to answer the question i think naruto will train with him self because he is right now the strongest ninja besides saskue and madara.

we have seen Sasuke become extremely strong but now i don't see him getting much stronger from now. When he killed Itachi or shall i say when Itachi's plan of fighting and dying in Sasuke's plan Sasuke had the cursed seal broken. However he got the MS and then slowly he was starting to get good at it. He can i guess use Tsukuyomi not like Itachi but certainly can. His Amaterasu is better than Itachi's he can change its shape and all that. He recently completed his Susanoo with amazing offense and good defense. Now the only way he can get any stronger is by taking Itachi's eyes and gaining EMS. Although i don't know whether getting EMS gives the user new techniques such as Izanagi but if it does he may become stronger than now but it won't be as much as he became strong so quickly from the fight against Itachi till now.
Now we look at Naruto. He can learn how to control the Kyuubi or more precisely i should say improve his relationship with the Kyuubi to be a good team just like Killerbee and the eight tails. Naruto can learn his father's tech like the space time tech or flying thunder god and then go on to improve it. Sasuke has fallen...it wasn't too long ago that he was trying to protect Hebi, and now he's left Juugo and Suigetsu behind and stabbed Karin through the chest with Chidori...
I think it is fairly certain that Danzo is dead...he was just stabbed through the heart, is missing his sharingan arm, and was close to death even before being stabbed. And I don't think Sasuke would say that one was down if he wasn't dead.
I also think it is fairly likely that Karin is dead, or very badly injured. She is spitting up blood on the last page, so it is likely one of her lungs was pierced...even if she isn't dead, she's going to be pissed...She asked Sasuke to save her and he stabbed her through the chest!! At first I thought there was some genjutsu going on...but Sasuke is using the wrong eye for that...I hope he doesn't, but he may use Amaterasu to burn the bodies so there is no chance of Danzo surviving.

Sasuke is now a VERY powerful ninja so i was thinking he can use all the MS techs and his genjutsu or Tsukuyomi is improving. So now can we say he is stronger than Madara at his current state?
Also if thats the case Sasuke can kill Madara anytime because Madara was also involved in the massacre. But i guess Sasuke will get all the info out of Madara like how to use EMS or learning more techs. Then Sasuke will just get rid of him just like he did with Orochimaru.

we gotta give it up to danzo , hes fighting this crazy uchiha kid whos exceptionally strong and about to die but ontop of all that he still is ready to take on madara after Sasuke which definitely would be cool to see also . i mean danzo did get madara up on his feet earlier also so he knows danzo isnt something to play with

I don't think he's gone blind yet but he definetly over used his sharigan, I don't think he killed Karin because he needs her but at the sametime Saskue is overwhelmed with darkness. I agree I hope they get back to Naruto this next week, but its safe to say that kisame is dead he got his head taken off, literally.

i think danzou is not gonna die now.......... he will flee hope so or someone will come o his aid........but c'mon kishi,where the hell did sasuke get chakra to use his ms aswell as chidori even after his chakra drained...........thats lame...................

by the way is Sasuke now stronger than Madara? i think that even with one EMS Madara still has his space time tech so he is still stronger than Sasuke
ya i know how come Sasuke still has chakra even though he SHOULD he totally drained....... man this type of miraculous things only happen with the main character what is Kishi thinking

NAAH! I don't think Sasuke killed Karin... I think he got her through the shoulder... Look at the angle Danzo is holding her...
Not only that Sasuke told Karin not to move... Possibly,incase she moved a vital spot into the path of his rai-blade...
Anyone see Die Hard 4.0 when Mclain shot himself through the shoulder to kill the guy holding him from behind?
An odd thing tho'... is he activated MS... Why?... And what is Madara smiling about... I reckon Sasuke may have also used a jutsu that has Madara so ^_^ like!
And did Sasuke say one down Niisan? As in one down brother?... Him calling his brother into this seems odd as Itachi never wanted this <.<

Anyway. Right after Sasuke says don`t move, we get to see his "evil" face, just like he has made up his mind.
Maybe he said don`t move like:
Karin, don`t move, because if you do, then Danzo will too.
If you think about it. Every chapter`s name and conclution part never lies, so most likely she dies. And Taka will split up from now on.
Lastly. About that face on Danzo`s sholder. It looks like that was the Mokton cells. Maybe even Danzo implaned himself into the tree with the rest of his arm and that Sasuke "killed" a fake Danzo?
But from the looks of it. He will die:-/
