I think naruto is too strong to be controlled, even pain couldnt control him, as for sasuke If he fought with less rage i may like him more and if he trained and didnt just get new powers when he was angry or near death

true but it is getting intresting now that there is another person after :naruto: and this really leads me to the thought of a civil war might happen in the village or :naruto: leaving the village. but you are right :naruto: is to strong to allow himself to be controlled.

of course danzo help Oro it was stated in the manga that oro gained danzo by offering him the title of the 5th holkage.

cant remember who said oro was above the level of the teacher "the 3rd" but your full of it. the only way oro won was by getting the corpse of the 1st and 2nd to fight. this is the only thing that saved his life by the hand of the 3rd for thesecond time. if oro was stronger or better then the 3rd he would of also finished his move by getting the 4th out to fight.

but to show how strong the 3rd was.
he was know as the teacher because he had mastered all the techs of the village includeing the forbidden scroll naruto stole. left by the 4th i beleive. why and how he knew naruto could open the seal with it there for stateing the 4th and the sealing tech knowledge was there. this is how he kicked oro down. also with out ever seeing a bringing the dead back to life tech he stopped it. who else in the manga has done anything close to that.

so now we have to wood users just like the sharigan and the beasts its becoming commen

I think kohonamaru will get the monkey summon for his grandfather and use the staff at some point in the manga.

also i said it before and im saying it again
naruto will get his hands on the toad key for the seal and he will get his hands on the scoll he stole that has given him his best tech. I also think this scroll may have the flash step tech in it. just to highlight what is the best tech and why shadow clones. why because surprize, recon, knowledge, training, and he needed them to help on all power moves.

wow you came up with some very interting points and i total agree that :naruto: will get his hands on his father scroll and learn (lol i love how you call it the flash step bleach referrence lol) his father speed techinque because right now i beleive he needs to learn 3 jutsu that one how to cotroll the kyubi and finally the repear death seal because I can see :naruto: being forced to use it to finally stop :sasuke:

I really dont think there will be a civil war in the village for only 2 people from the village hate people in it, theres sasuke and danzo who are both fighting atm.
People say root will join Akatsuki but that will never happen, they are still villages like kakashi and yamato and sai, there not going to fight against there friends.

Hi all, this is my first post, but I've been reading the prediction threads for awhile...its finally gotten to the point that I just can't not speak anymore!!

First of all, I want to defend Naruto. Its seems there are several people who feel Naruto is, at this point, a little bit weak. And yes, he did hyperventilate a few chapters ago. But I think the guy deserves a little more credit. In the last few months (which cover a rather short timespan in-universe), Naruto has had five (Raikage, Madara, Sakura, Sai, Gaara) rather deep conversations, with many revelations, all about Sasuke. These conversations occur back to back, with little time in between for Naruto to process what has been happening. He is having a rather difficult time reconciling Sasuke's decisions with the information he has discovered. Naruto is at his lowest point right now. His whole image of team seven is shattered. I know I would be hyperventilating and passed out on the floor if it was me. I am glad to finally see physical evidence of Naruto's pain...he usually does an extremely good job of hiding his pain behind a smile, to the point that even those close to him forget how much pain he is in (witness Kakashi, Yamato and Sai thoughtlessly talking about who should go after Sakura and who should return to the village instead of comforting him, even though he is clearly distressed). In fact, I will be disappointed if this hyperventilating does have something to do with Itachi's gift. Naruto deserves a weak moment as much as anyone else,and I think anything else would almost cheapen Naruto's pain. He is human too. Hopefully, Naruto will soon begin to come to terms with all of this, and get a little more positive. He has some very important decisions to make...decisions which may shape the entire future of the ninja world.

On that note, I must also briefly defend Sasuke. While I am not a huge fan of his character, I recognize he is a necessary evil. No matter how much anyone dislikes him, or thinks he gets too many powerups, Sasuke is not going anywhere, and those powerups will keep coming. Why? Sasuke is Naruto's foil, his opposite in every way. Through Sasuke, Naruto's strengths and weaknesses become even more apparent. Naruto and Sasuke are both faced with the choice to avenge; Sasuke chooses revenge over bonds, Naruto the opposite. Sasuke is a genius; jutsu come easily for him (hence all the powerups). Naruto has to work a little harder at it, though his end results are usually just as good if not better than Sasuke's. Their bond is an important keystone in the main plot of the story. They are the embodiment of the bloodfeud between Uchiha and Senju (which is becoming incredibly important), and they will be the ones to settle it one way or another. I do not think Sasuke is going to die until the very end of the manga, if he dies at all. I still have hopes, for Naruto's sake, that Sasuke will be redeemed. As such, while I am not sure that Sasuke is strong enough to defeat Danzo...he's not gonna get completely creamed.

I really dislike Danzo though, so I kinda hope Sasuke does do him in. I doubt it will happen though. Danzo is an extremely dangerous character, both to Naruto and to Akatsuki. His abilities mean he could potentially control Naruto...which nobody wants to happen. He possesses both the Shodai's powers and the Sharingan, both of which have proven effective at tempering the power of the kyuubi...I fear what may happen if Naruto meets Danzo in battle.

As for Izanagi...I am not entirely convinced that the closing of the eyes is linked to 'lives' similar to Kakuzu's hearts (though the idea certainly has merit). The manga does clearly state that there is some secret behind them closing, and the sharingans on the arm clearly have something to do with the jutsu. However, on page 14, Karin states that the 'third eye is still closed' - this suggests that only three eyes were closed...has Danzo not been 'killed' 5-6 times now? And also, I'm fairly sure there is at least one point where a closed eye opens, though I haven't the energy right now to go back and try to find it. The way I see it, Danzo's jutsu (presumably Izanagi) is a jutsu which consumes a large amount of chakra and makes him virtually invincible. While the jutsu is activated, he cannot be killed. The attacks seem to miss him, or he quickly 'reforms' in a new place. I don't think anything beyond that can be concluded about it at this point.

Anyway...I'm glad to have gotten all that off of my chest. I'm sorry its so long! I enjoyed this chapter, and I am looking forward to the next!!

Also you are also right i do like :sasuke: character just because it is like u say necessairy for the story to go on :naruto: and :sasuke: are total opposites but they show the two sides of every person and i can't wait till there final showdown because i know :naruto: will win. Also this seems like a perfect time to bring back into the story since yamato is taking :naruto: back to the village and :sakura: is still searching for :sasuke: this maybe that long awaited coversation that we have been waiting for since confession.

Hey would some one like to take a guess at explaining something for me, from this chapter we have gathered that orochimaru helped danzo get the first hokages DNA and the Sharingan, but if orochimaru wanted the sharringan that much, why didnt he take it when he helped danzo?

My only guess is that danzo was a lab rat or maybe oro would lose the sharingan when he changes bodies...

true but i think it is not just the sharingan he wants a strong body. lets not forget he trained :sasuke: for 3 years before he tried to take his sharingan and i know he already transfered bodies but he had many opportunities to take :sasuke: but he needs the body to also be strong thats just my theory.

Well yamato and kakashi were ex root members and look at them they go against danzo to help naruto because they believe in him, and they have friends in the village, i just dont think root members are heartless and will abandon danzo and see him for what he really is.

He will leave to train with the frogs and say if he stays then the village will be in danger because of the pain invasion, he will says hes going to get stronger so he canprotect those he loves, then before he leaves to train he will speak to sakura and hinata, tell sakura he wont give up on sasuke and hinata how he feels

Hi everyone. The last chapter was awesome though many people are extremely disappointed that Itachi didn't came back.

The last page of the chapter showed that Madara saying that Danzou has the Izanagi which is even a forbidden doujutsu among the Uchiha. Many people r saying that in order to use Izanagi one has to have the MS. But in Danzou's case it is a bit different. I think Danzou don't have the MS because when Sasuke used Susanoo at the beginning of the fight Danzou said "This is the Susanoo, I presume" so that means he never saw the susanoo he heard of it. Also the fact that if somehow Danzo had the MS but couldn't awaken Susanoo is quite not possible as he got ample time to awaken it if he had the MS.

If u guys look at Kakashi's case everyone knows that he has the MS. In order to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan one has to kill someone very close to that person. I don't think Kakashi can do it. My theory is that Kakashi copied Itachi's MS. I know it sounds weird but when team 7 was going to rescue Gaara they fought Itachi. And Itachi said to Kakashi I quote "Kakashi u couldn't have" and then Kakashis said " Itachi how bad has your eyesight become" i think what Itachi wanted to say was u couldn't have copied my MS. Kakashi is afterall "THE COPY NINJA"

I dont think MS is something that can merely be copied, i think theres a way to unlock MS through either hard work or emotions and most of the uchiha miss understood the bit about killing someone close to them, let me explain...

The uchiha's believe you have to kill you best friend or someone to gain the MS but i dont think killing them is the bit that unlocks it, i think its the emotional tear inside them which does it, and people like itachi just thought of it in the wrong way...

So maybe kakashi couldnt save a comrade whos close to him and in anger he unlocked it to beat an opponent, and this is why he has it...

My reasons for saying this is that everytime sasuke gets angry he gets a new MS ability...

As for danzo i dont think he would have the power to control people without having the MS, ive never seen it done, if ive missed it please show me
