I think the ending would be Madara will be the host of the 10 tails. Naruto and Sasuke will fight but they would soon realized that they need to team up against Madara. But each of their power and skills would not be enough to defeat madara so the two of them would use the Ultimate Jutsu "THE FUSION" which they have discovered from an ancients scroll of the Rikudo Sage. Since naruto is the descendant of the Son with the Sage Body and Sasuke is the descendant of the Son with the Sage Eyes so they are the only compatible and capable of performing the FUSION making them both a one person, The Sage, as prophesied.

Hahahaha Let's us not forget kishi draws a lot inspiritions from dragon ball z. for example naruto itself is a derivation of son gokou. just observed the character design of naruto especially the sage mode. it is basd on super saiyan 6, I think. So there is a possibilty but not necessary like in the dragon ball z. maybe Kishi will put some twist.
I didn't say the Sharingan diluted from the Byakugan, just that it originated from someone that first had the Rinnegan but the Juubi's chakra still thinned it out. Maybe you've mistaken me for another poster. Nagato was handicapped with Gedo Mazo so his maximum potential with the Rinnegan was cut fairly quickly. He didn't even use any elemental jutsu's with Pain with the Rinnegan known to master all elements. Rinnegan-> Byakugan->Sharingan was merely Kakashi's guess but there maybe some truth somewhere in there with this one panel. Notice the similarities with the Rinnegan and Byakugan.

Yes that's what I believe. It doesn't make sense for Rikudou Sennin to suddenly get the Rinnegan portion and not the Sharingan part as well immediately after sealing the beast. Nagato pretty much proves that then Rinnegan does not get passed down but just happens in a time of need or Rikudou reincarnation in this case.

Either way, both this spot and that spot will become hot spots,” said Madara. “He plans to attack the land of Iron,” yelled Mifune. “See ya,” said Madara. (Immeidately the shadow clone tries to hook Sasuke, however Sasuke ducks, turns around and stabs, dispersing it, however, Naruto immediately follows up the attack with a downward axe kick from Sasuke’s rear.)
“His reflexes,” thought Sasuke. (Sasuke evades by dashsing away but in front of Naruto and turns around to face him as the kick leaves a crack in the snow. Sasuke notices that Naruto’s eyes have demon pupils.)
“So that’s how,” thought Sasuke. “WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS? TELL ME,” yelled Naruto. “You’re nothing but an obstacle in my path, that is all,” said Sasuke. “You’ve changed Sasuke,” said Naruto. “I’m loyal to my goals, everyone and everything else is forfeit if it means being a step closer to achieving what I’m after; you should know this better than anyone else, Naruto” said Sasuke. My prediction for the end of the manga is similar to that one but with a few differences. I think at the end of the battle between naruto and sasuke naruto is going to lose his eyes [my wild guess about how naruto lose his eyes is that naruto is going to improve the death god jutsu as jiraaya told to frog scroll and when he use that jutsu he will not lose his life but a member of his body. Just like what happen to the orochimaru] and just before sasuke die, he understand what he have done and realize how to beat 10 tails. He will offer his eyes to naruto. Then sakura is going to transplant those to naruto. Similar to Obito, kakashi, rin tale. When sharingan transfer to naruto, eyes and body become one and so6p reincarnate. Final battle so6p vs 10 tail
im actually glad you said that.cuzafter i posted that and kept reading other posts and thoughts i started thinkin maybe i was wrong in wat i read.but its true it wouldnt make sense 4 him not to have sharingan after the sealing,and how nagato was able to be born with it.

First off it said it could only be read for people with eye poweres and byakugan
is an eye power it could just be read better in order shar. ms .rinningan
second this is just a thought when the ridikou sage became the jubis host
it looks like the jubi had an ultimate sharrigan and rikudo sage got the shariigan and the son he gave his eye techniques to probally got the sarrigan and a form of the rinnigan which is the byukugan
cause he couldent get the rinnigan because its not bloodline

well the rain country, will help naruto in this war, what about his reaction??
i mean he always heard bad things about ninjas great wars, and going to a war was not par of his plans for sure.....
Now I question, when the **** will naruto have time to train, to gain more power????, i mean the world will be in war, there is no way, that he won't go there to help, we know naruto, only if nobody tells him....
What about tsunade?? and the frog mountain ???
Man naruto should do the forbidden jutsu that orochimaru did against the third hokage, and have the first second third and fourth hokages teaching him everything...... and then nobody would pick a fight with naruto
