Remember what sasuke said its still just a tool so it depends on the user and Danzo is obiviously very skilled! Also I have never actually seen madara's EMS if you have show me... He has never showed any power except teleporting!

They never said they hated the akatsuki they were there to gain strength and when oro could not caputre itachi he left al so lets not forget when the sanin 3 fought when orochimaru was talking to kabuto he said he should have killed :naruto: but left him alive for the akasuki.

the only reasson sasuke could use the snakes was because he had oroshimaru's body. But Itachi got rid of that. so no snakes or anything for sasuke.

i don't think so cause the snakes are just like the j-mans and narutos toads, lady-ts slugs, and kakashi's dogs... they can be summon he might not be able to make them come from his body anymore but we don;t know for sure yet

ok, one thing i'm confused about. danzou is caught having shisui's sharingan. i thought itachi killed shisui(his best friend) to obtain MS. i'm think madara lied to sasuke.

back around the fight with naruto and sasuke there was a cutscene about itachi being convicted of killing shisui. itachi was furious that he was convicted. if itachi was a good guy til the end, then why would he kill a fellow uchiha? he only killed the clan cuz he was ordered to. but shisui's death happened before the uchiha massacre.

i'm thinking danzou killed shisui and took his sharingan. i think itachi had nothing to do with shisui's death.

i'm also doubting that 3rd hokage ordered any such order in the massacre of the uchihas. sandaime was not a man that would make that choice.

i think when the uchiha clan told madara to back off the senju, i think madara betrayed his clan. i think madara hates the uchiha. he used itachi and now he's using sasuke, that not called being an ally. i think madara just wants that weapon pain talked about. madara just wants to be the strongest and control the world. and he will kill anyone to achieve this.

bottom line: it seems when minato took madara's fox away, madara went into emo-mode and formed akatsuki to destroy the world because how dare they take his pet fox.

I get your point but I do beleive that Itachi did kill shisusi I belevie he did it not just to gain the Mangekyou sharingan but shisusi was spying on him maybe itachi found out and had to silience him. To your second point Madara told saskue he hated the uhchia for what they did to him.

well i wonder how he got the Hyuga eye only way he could do that is to take i from a main branch member since the branch's eye is sealed when they die due to the "birdcage seal" and looks like my prediction in the beginning of the Pein invasion when Naruto showed up about all the rookie nine going out to help Naruto....thought i thought Pein was gonna capture him at the time so a tad different ANYWAYS all interesting big fight a head about to see Sasuke looks like he is gonna be a idiot and take on everyone at once and Sakura is still crying BUT in her credit sounds like she may be coming back a tad when she fought Sasori so lets see whats gonna happen when all the rookie nine and Naruto go up against Akatsuki ending gonna have some mest up twist i bet. Looking forward to seeing Shikamaru fighting again bet he learn a few new moves since losing Asuma
so here is what im thinking is going to happen:
1. someone gonna yell at Zetzu "what do you mean he is here?" Zetzu is gonna laugh and say something then disappear once again everyone goes on a high state of alert and chaos breaks out and they start fighting among them selves and in the confusions one of Sasukes campaigns (probably the guy with the curse seal thing forgot his name) will jump in and crush on or two guards (my guess is that the kid guarding the land of water kage will get his ass removed in a hurry) and then Saskue will jump out with everyone else he will target Danzo while water boy goes for Garaa since i'm guessing if Garaa's sand gets wet he will have trouble so who best to fight him? and no idea how the girl will do she is more of a healing ninja to me and then zetzu may join the attack after the old Kage (i still think he is gonna drop fast)

2. (over where everyone is) Sakura is gonna start heading off to naruto followed by Sai, Shikamaru Kiba ino lee Tenten Neji Shino Choeji and Hinata maybe the 5th's assistant will all set out to the land of iron where i'm guessing they will confront a Akatsuki member maybe Kisame on his way after the 8 tails or the darker side of Zetzu or madarra who powns them all but keeps the hostage for Naruto to turn him self over (very unlikely be sorta dum but yea never know)

3. the hole reason for Zetzu to show up was to cause chaos and when he said "Sasuke is here ...but where" this was in hopes to get everyone to separate thus making easier to down a few but one thing i'm very certain about is the Sasuke's friend AKA: waterboy (forgot his name too) will be the one fighting Garaa he would probably have the easiest time since he cant be crushes by sand he will just go splat then reform AND getting his sand wet as suggested above.
