I see a lot of people disliked Naruto's behaviour in this chapter, but personally I disagree.
I loved the chapter, for some reason it seemed the best one in weeks. I don't think Naruto's behaviour was out of place, or that it's somehow "ruined" his reputation... The very point of it is that Naruto is a different kind of ninja. He understands revenge, but more than that, he understands it's downfalls better than most. And in this case, falling down and begging for the circle of revenge to end WAS the unpredictable thing for a ninja to do. You heard Raikage! It's all about strength! Why would ANY ninja demean themselves like that?!?!
But of course, it was never going to be enough to just ask. No one could expect Raikage to fold so quickly. But as Kakashi said, "that's enough". In the end of that confrontation, we see Raikage look back, and we know that even though he's said 'no' to Naruto's request, Naruto's honesty has made him think. And the obvious prediction; at some future point in time, during a battle, Naruto will step in, live up to his name as the most unpredictable ninja, and the seed planted in raikage's mind in this week's issue will bloom, and he'll understand.
As for the confirmed link between Danzou and Madara, unless you've read something I've missed (in which case I'd like to know about it), "we KNOW there's a link because he didn't take sai's message seriously" is just not a logical conclusion. Wouldn't it be more likely that he knows Sai is friends with Naruto now, and is just covering up for him?
