Thats what I think too. I read it in a post in here somewhere. Shisui Uchiha's sharingan was taken by Danzo and tried to get Oro to implant it in himself, but it went wrong. Thats why he looks like the elephant man. (God rest his soul)

i think the chapter was realy cool.but i think danzou is realy madara uciha and when sai tells him that people think madra might still b alive he'll freak out.obito is actualy toby kakashi's friend when he was youhng becouse he has a mask soit covers that its all damaged becouse of that rok crashing him besides hes sharingan is on the opposites side of kakashis.:hypertobi:

A brilliant chapter! I really liked the bit about the villagers talking about naruto as a hero, saying he should be hokage.

Concerning Danzo's sharingan, I was very surprised, but I think it's a very good twist. Got me thinking that perhaps danzo's sharingan was given to him by tobi/madara, hence we only ever see madara's single eye.

Yes I know they both have the right eye, but eyeballs are symmetrical (more or less) no reason why he couldn't take out his left and give it to danzo's right.

Alternatively, he gained his eye very recently from itachi's corpse.

What does everyone think??

I think Danzou took help from Orochimaru and Kabuto in return for them transplanting him a dead uchiha's eye and he gave them list of konoha ninja's in exchange. So Danzou is not an uchiha therefore not madara, and this might explain his weird sharingan.

there is one serious problem with yur theory, danzo had issues with the third being hokage, therefore he was an adult at the time, obito and kakashi were very young at that point in time if they were even born at that period in time

I totally agree with you! People seem to only "remember" what they want to around here and conveniently forget other parts of the manga... that is assuming that they have read all the chapters (which I doubt).

1. Danzou. IS DANZOU. He isn't anyone else in disguise people. Damn. He is someone who challenged the 3rd for title of Hokage and failed. He is someone who organized ROOT to directly challege the ANBU and has been plotting with the likes of HANZO and OROCHIMARU and other types to attain the title of Hokage. That's his only goal (as of now). It will be interesting to learn how and from whom he got his transplanted eye. He is becoming a very interesting character indeed.
2. Obito. IS DEAD. Let the boy rest in peace.
3. Rin. My prediction is that Rin is still alive and probably became a recluse like Jaraiya because of Obito's death
4. Naruto. Don't underestimate Naruto. Naruto's unique gift is his ability to win people over. All of Naruto's doubters now believe in him and even suggest that he should become Hokage. Neji, Gaara, Pain etc. have all been CONVERTED because of Naruto's unique way of persuasion. So please, when he says he's gonna talk to the Raikage... it is very POSSIBLE that the Raikage would eventually come to see what Naruto sees in Sasuke (cause, i don't even see it and I've read the entire manga at least 3 times).
5. Kakashi. Anyone else find it interesting that Kakashi actually suggests that Naruto, Yamato and himself form a 3-man team to confront the Raikage? I mean, Kakashi must know that this decision will be in DIRECT OPPOSITION to what Hokage Danzou would want, but never the less he is going through with this plan. What is Kakashi really up to?

hahaha your probably right but the manga started getting a little boring with orochimaru because all the other villans didn't have his personality so thats why I feel Danzou having the sharingan brought in a whole new dynamic because we don't know how long he had it or his jutsu.

ending was good. i and many others predicted that danzo has sharingan is revealed.
funny part in this chapter was the dazo removes bandages and naruto look like the little danzo
after getting bandages in fight with karui.

hmmm i notice that after the female ninja kick narutos ass he look like he went into sage mode his face was so mest up............anyways Danzo with the eye heh! he may really be Madara/tobi but personalitys still dont match 100% i wonder how he got the eye...............well maybe madaraa gave him one of his eyes after all his mask only has one hole so what about eye #2? maybe madarra can see thru that eye as well (sorta like peins ability) so it is like a spy at the same time. im just wondering about the arm now last chapter he menshion something about it guess we will have to see!

i think when itachi killed the uchiha clan danzou took a sharigan from a dead uchiha body,i also think tobi really is madara uchiha and he knows danzou has a sharigan becase itachi probaly toold him every thing

sorry to say, but Danzou with Sharingan? Now that sux :S seriously.. Now it's like everyone has Sharingan and all Naruto has to fight is Sharingan in the end.. It feels like horse shit.

First off let me reiterate...I TOLD YA SO...check out my older posts (if you can find them)...I have been saying for moths that Danzo and Tobi are the same person. Though not totally confirmed by the Manga, it is buikding towards that.

I know I am not the first to make that connection, but everytime I state that prediction, everyone thinks it's wrong. Just wait...they are the same for sure.

My guess...Danzo had a bad eye for a lot longer than people think...there are pictures from when he was naruto's age, learning from the 1st hokage, and his eye is covered.

Danzo is not an Uchiha, like Kakashi, he has an injured natural eye. I guess that when Kakashi showed up with a sharingan from Obito, Danzo got the idea to replace his own eye...maybe even scavenged it from Obito's body...but that is pure speculation.

Also I believe that Tobi is NOT really Madara, just pretending since Madara is a missing-nin. I mean the Sharingan would appear to prove it to anyonewho does not believe it.

Tsunade knew something was up with him, thats why she was watching him.

Feel free to disagree as I respect everyone's opinion...but from a storytelling standpoint, it makes sense. DANZO IS TOBI...the proverbial fox is in the hen house...the enemy of Konoha is within it!!

Just finished reading the manga (havent read the threads here yet).

Wow so that is a frickin sharingan Danzou has. Not really surprised tho cause in chap 454 on the last page when he holds his face under his big hat you could see that his arm resembles that of Tobi. Now they just showed that he has a sharingan but they havent revealed that if he is :hypertobi: or not. I really dont know but would like to see what you all have to say about this. Cause one things for sure...... shits 'bout to get crazy.

AND finally ya'llz Naruto spoke of daddy. Who would've expected that Kakashi and Yamato will be with him to go see the Raikage......[like Lil' Jon] WHAAAAAT?!

like wat if sasuke attacks danzo on his way.. n kills him somehow?? n naruto n co reach the kage summit.. lol.. so Naruto might actually represent konoha since he defeated akatsuki leader n thr is no one else frm konoha showin up?? WOW.. now that wud b awesome!!

now the sharingan is revealed than danzo and tobi having sharingan in his right eye.

here is my WILD prediction.
this would happen in fight between 1st hokage and madara. in this fight madara using too much MS, his one eye full and other eye become half blind. he replace eyes with his brother. now brother having half blind eyes. he died in battle or in illness, whatever.
danzo take his half blind eye like kakashi. now danzo is may be healing or giving treatment to his eye with help of orochimaru. because he was coducting experiment on living organ. thats y danzo searching for kabuto.


morale of this prediction is danzo and madara are different, they are not brother also. one more sharingan user added.
