Tobi can't be danzou otherwise sasuke would have known

If a person's justsu and ones power stays within a person's body even after their death. Then i see no reason why an eye can't function just because it's "almost smashed" like it is said in the manga chapter 243 p 13. :kakashi:

ok first........ what if you are wrong???

second........ how the f@&k is danzo supposed to get ahold of the eye?

third....... i dont remember the page to reference but im quite sure that the chakra will leave the body soon after death, this being the reason that sasori puppified people while they were still alive to retain chakra, please note that this was an ability that was his and his alone

but how come danzou was talking about his right eye AND ARM as far as we see he doesnt have a right arm. and it was assumed he didnt have a right eye. or it was damaged. but now that we know he has sharingan then what the hell does this mean
