i think sasuke went to 2nd level cursed seal when he fought naruto with his first tail.

lightning chidori vs that jutsu=?

so far i cant think of any good jutsu that i can compare or closely compare to sasuke's ametarasu and susanoo yet...just my thought.

I agree, there isn't a lot to compare with Sasuke and Naruto.

Naruto has still got a way to go to catch up to Sasuke in my opinion, no-one can really say anything though about who is more powerful at the moment though, as we haven't seen proper action from Sasuke since Killabee, and that wasn't exactly a lot, just him using Ametaresu. I think we would have to wait for a much clearer time to judge their powers, like if the both face the same person at some point, but not at the same time, then you would be able to tell not going to happen but oh well xD

Also, the final battle i think will be interesting, as I can actually see Naruto dying at the end of the anime, and I reckon he'll die sealing away Madara's soul using the 4ths technique ;P That'd make a lot of sense

The manga was quite interesting, its nice to see it start to wrap up. As for the Sasuke/Naruto fight, lets not forget the only reason sasuke won the first time around is because of the curse seal, but now that the seal is removed by Itachi, he cant use it anymore. Also lets not forget that Sasuke is already starting to suffer and has briefly lost his vision from over use of the sharingan. Now yes naruto can only be in sage mode for a few minutes, but thats just him, if he had two clones powering up as well, he could easily out last Sasuke, as most ninja battles happen in a few secs to a few mins in length. At this point I would say they are on equal ground until we are told otherwise.

naruto is stronger than sasuke THAT'S A FACT, im not being trying to be bias or anything .he defeated pein the strongest memeber behind madara in akasuki AND changed him in the process. it's just so obvious.

i am not trying to belittle j-man at all, but the fact that people are actually saying jman was stronger than itachi. the reason itachi said jman could kill them is because he was still loyal to konoha and did not want to fight jman. this is confirmed by the fact that jman did not even kno wat the heck amaterasu was so how on earth would he know about susaano, yata's mirror, and the sword of totsuka?? so i forget who posted it but the whole power level chart i saw posted earlier is flawed. itachi was one of the most powerful shinobi in the narutoverse, top 2 if you ask me. j-man is top 5, and the fact that sasuke can suppress the kyuubi chakra allows him to defeat naruto at this point. cause the only reason naruto beat pain is because of the fox. so without the fox naruto loses to sasuke. what i think we should really be wondering about is who the enka ninja mentioned by killerbee are and how powerful they are?? anyone think they might be the good version of akatsuki????

i would like to see, the manga that explain sasuke has the power to suppress the kyuubi, from my understanding he can see the fox's powers within naruto and even tap into the conversations that naruto and the fox have at some level, but suppress the power of the fox, like turn it off, i think not. ALSO where did jman say he did not know anything about the black flame tech. he know how to seal the flames, which imply understanding. I still don't understand why itachi is put above jman, loyalty has nothing to do with ability.

Did u know that KageBushin (shadow clone) is the BIGGEST and MOST irritating Tech... ?
Damn even KAKAZU (5 hearts fellow) fell for KageBushin .... LOL
Sasuke may fireup even a 1000 chidori or the lightining falling from sky jutsu (which he used against itachi) and realize that all were clones, while naruto may be eating ramen somewhere in the mean time....


Plus WHY are u guys comparing the SCENARIO of naruto vs sasuke ?
Naruto would rather die than fight with sasuke. See his reactions when sasuke nearly stabbed him at oro's lair....Naruto stood still without any reaction....PLus Kyubi threatened sasuke if he TRIES to kill naruto.

Also naruto has kyubi DAMN IT. THat Monster so far CAN ONLY BE CONTROLLED BY MADARA and the 1st hokage (RIP). Even god realm found it difficult and got BITCHSLAPPED.

It has never been said that the 1st could control the kyubi only that he could control other bijus. Second was Jman said that when the 9tails first appeared it was a summoning and he belived it was Madera that did it and it was long after first was dead. So Yes i agree that the first did beat Madera and that he had a sharingun but it was not him at full power like he was later when the 4th saw him when he was fighting the 9tails. The fourth confermed this by saying he could not even touch him and for anyone to defeat him you would need a special set of abilitites.

As for Naruto and Sasuke, I think they are even. If no, then Naruto is stronger. But that, only Kishi can tell us.
As for Madara, that is a different story. Minato told Naruto that he would need a special set of special powers and abilities to defeat Madara.
Sage, Kyuubi (controlled), his well-known willpower plus his "new" willpower given by the Naruto in the book and Minato. Still it may be not enough, that's why I can't stop thinking about Naruto with the Rinnegan.

The Super Wind Style Rasengan Shuriken (Futon Odama Rasengan), when Naruto is in sage mode, would certainly overpower Sasuke's Kirin. Please, be more objective (less biased). And once again, NO OFFENSE!

Yes wind beats lighting but kirin can dont be dogded like wind rasen shuriken can. Pain avoided it so sasuke could dogde it. Itachi could not dogde it either he had to have susano with the magic shield protect him. As far as power levels i put madera first and itachi 2nd. If you guys remember after itachi died (not killed) madera told zetsu that now no one stands in their way. He said that cause itachi was gone not anyone else including pain. Itachi never wanted to capture or kill naruto we know that by what he told and from maderas story how itachi cared about konoha. So he just told kisame that they both would die to convince him it was not worth it. Madera even said he went their to check on sasuke. Other thing i hate to say is naruto is so weak is against genjustu its sad. Im guessing what itachi gave him is to stop genjustu. He could have captured him again when he went to talk to naruto but didn't. Face it guys Itachi was the man. Madera even said he had to hide things from itachi or he would have been killed like when sasuke fired ameratsu on him by seeing maderas sharingun.

agreed too with naruto being weak against genjustu (good ob on exsplianing everything!) and i also agree with itachei giving him a defence against genjustu it may even do that black fire stuff like it pop up when madaraa attemped to take off his mask but unlikely that the fire is it jsut a reduce effect on genjustu at the very least it will screw up genjustu so its easy to tell if youve been caught or not thus get out of it maby 9 tails will help on that like 8tails was able to remove genjustu from his host.

As far as this Naruto vs Sasuke stuff... hmmmm... we can only speculate... but the best guess is that they`re equal in power... It will be a long fight btw two of them. One can`t say that Naruto is stronger because he defeated Pain. Pain had already used a lot of chakra and fought the best shinobis all of over Konoha when Naruto came and somehow managed to destroy his bodies (I mean he did it with an enormous amount of coolness)
Fox helped too Let us enjoy Kishi`s remarkable ability and wait and see what will happen

Regarding the first fight btw Sasuke and Naruto... Cursed Mark was countered by one tailed Naruto. It was a fair fight. Sasuke won. Get over it.

What you said about Itachi telling Kisame that they were no match against Jiraiya just to protect Konoha is a great insight; I never thought about that. I also give you credit for pointing out the fact Itachi could not dodge Kirin, but remember that Jiraiya could summon a nearly undestructible frog stomach, only defeated by Itachi's amaterasu for the first time. Jiraiya was a sennin; I am sure he could just pull out some powerful jutsu to counter Sasuke's Kirin, or he could just kill Sasuke before he even uses it, instead of letting the battle drag on like Itachi did because he never meant to kill his opponent. Also, I still think Jiraiya was able to pownd both Itachi and Kisame. Don't get me wrong, Itachi is my favorite character, But the pervy sage was just freaking awesome...
