I said earlier there is a difference trying to kill someone and catching it.A simple question "do you think it's easier to catch a killer than killing it?".Pain can't use his most powerfull technicks and I don't think he has a lots of "Don't kill but badly injuring" jutsus.And don't forget when Pain was fighting Jiraya he pwnd him and Jiraya>Naruto(Don't make Naruto super uber pwner becouse he isn't).Like in the most films/manga/anime...the hero wins despite all odds.
Pains power isn't that great, it's strong but not that great. Look at Itatchi, he got Naruto in a genjutsu without all this fighting. Pain had to go all out and risked fighting a whole country to get to Naruto. Pain didn't have any strategy like isolating Naturo. Pain thinks that he's a God and didn't use his brain in battle. This is why he'll die. True, that Jman was killed. Jman was stabbed by Pain's chakra blades which destroy Jman's chakra control. But Pain's chakra blades didn't work on Naruto because he has the fox.

Minato can see things from Naruto's view. Say naruto was having *** with Hinata or Sakura in the future. Minato will be there.

Like you said it. Pain is still an idiot. He used up too much chakra and will die in the next chapter. If Pain really wanted revenge on Konoha then he could have done it after he gets the power of the tailed beasts. The fact that he thinks he's a god and doesn't plan his attacks will be his downfall. In any battle, strategy is more important than strength. And knowing your enemy is even more important. But it seems like Pain doesn't know anything about his enemy. He just keep trying greater attacks when else failed. Now that the moon thing didn't work and putting him closer to death, he's trying another bigger attack. He'll die doing this bigger attack. Watch, either Naruto will escape with his yellow flash or Naruto will get captured but Nagato will die. Either way Nagato will die because he didn't plan anything. Retreating is a plan too but he's not going to because his a 'god'. lame

It's possible the 4th knows everything or at least as much as the fox. If the 4th's spirit is sealed inside Naruto then the 4th will get bored getting stuck inside without anything to do. I think even a spirit will go crazy if he's stuck in the dark for 16 years. And the 4th said he knows about Jman proves that he at least peeked a little. Imagine when Naruto and a girl making a lot of noise, the 4th will be curious and take a peek. It's a very reasonable question and not a stupid one even though it sounds stupid.
