well it was only speculated that he mastered gathering nature chakra while moving. until naruto figures out how to gather chakra while moving it'll run out just like any other chakra. once he figures out how to gather it while moving it should be endless.

well yeah, the fox is the reason the frogs couldn't merge with nartuo. the frogs need to merge with him in order to gather chakra and keep it flowing to naruto while he fights. with out them it makes things more difficult. but i'm sure naruto will figure something out. either work out a deal with kyuubi to let the frogs merge or figure out a way to do it with out the frogs attached to him.

naah, naruto going kyuubi is too much for his body. somehow, i imagine he must be in excruciating pain seeing all of his skin burn up, leaving the tender flesh underneath it.
i think he has to somehow learn how to master the nine-tails first, using its tremendous chakra reserve without directly hurting himself in the process.

but naruto isnt exhausted because i believe pa toad told naruto that one of the side affects of senin mode is that he doesnt get exhausted, but actually gets stronger. thats if i remember that correctly, i could be wrong about that though
i also believe that naruto will not use the nine tails chakra because he saw how he hurt sakura a while back and hes yet to use it again because hes afraid of hurting his friends and people that are close to him. so using the nine tails chakra might be out of the question.
