My theory: I think Pein will be weakened now because of Shinra Tensei, so Pein will have to be gone for a few years. This will give Naruto time to train again! Just with Orochimaru and Akatsuki after Sasuke left to Oro.

HI I dont think the three shadows are naruto or any frog, they might be 1,2and 4th hokages, its a powerful ninjustu that will be invoked when more than half village is destroyed. this may be created by 1st hokage, now pain will have to fight them other wise they will him,
