As You All Know THAt (Infuuin -> Kai - Secret Mark Seal) is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body.

(.1.) Ranshinshou (Important Body Points Disturbance): By converting her chakra into electricity, Tsunade is able to flip the opponent's nervous system signals to any part of the body. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However this technique can be overcome if a person manages to relearn how to use their limbs as Kabuto demonstrates
(.2.) Shousen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique) : Mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Souzou Saisei (Creation Rebirth): By releasing chakra that has been stored up for a relatively long period of time, in the seal on her forehead with Shadow Seal: Release, Tsunade is able to heal all her wounds almost instantaneously, regardless of the severity of the injuries. She can even regrow lost organs and limbs if necessary. Additionally, she continues to heal at an accelerated rate for the duration of the jutsu. Unfortunately, this technique has a drawback; using it speeds up cell division, and it shortens her life span.
(.4.) Infuuin Kai(Shadow Seal: Release): This jutsu releases the massive amounts of chakra stored inside the seal on Tsunade's forehead. She then may use this chakra for many things like for her Creation Rebirth, a powerful regeneration technique

Slug Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique): The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal or weapon from another dimension, which usually manifests once the ninja summoner strikes his hand against any surface, after which the specific summon will appear. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result
(.6.) Tsuuten Kyaku(Painful Sky Leg): This jutsu is simply a falling axe kick to the ground. Combined with Tsunade and Sakura's incredible strength, this kick results in either a gigantic crater or a deep fracture along the ground, and can kill multiple opponents caught in its immediate strike zone.
(.7.) Strong Arm Technique: This technique is similar to Painful Sky Leg, except it uses the user's arms and fists instead of legs and heel. Requiring precise chakra control, the user focuses chakra into the fist and discharges it at the moment of impact. The resulting force is enough to turn stone to rubble, create huge craters in the ground, and shatter human bones with ease.
