and thinking back on it i remember jiraiya telling naruto that the 4th was one of his students when naruto learned rasengan.
i just thought of something. if the ninjas go back and report to the raikage about a uchiha would he attack konoha thinking that its konoha who sent him
i cant see the raikage attacking konoha. maybe another village will attack and drag the other villages into another war.
or when sasuke and akatsuki attack konoha the raikage scouts find them about to enter the village and report before all hell breaks loose.
well most of that is true except his sharingan is not stronger than sasukes, he may wield it beter but not stronger... not anymore that is and idk about taijutsu and smelling its been 2.5 years and we havent seen them fight to much all we saw was rock lee fighting himself and nothing with kiba smelling comes to mind except for when fighting naruto at the chunning exams and maby in some fillers back in the day
i think naruto meant kakashi is better than sasuke, shikamaru, kiba etc from before the timeskip because because kiba can smell better than a ninja dog and kakashi stated "his clan must be very proud of him"
and sasukes eyes are better now that they have itachi's powers and itachi's eyes were better than kakashi's
