Yes, there is probably a connection with the 8 tails. After all, they are after him/her too (Akatsuki and hawk), but, the next chapter's name doesn't mean that much.
Remember the fight between Sasuke and Itachi? How long did it last? It was so tiring...
Also, i'm not so sure that it is referring to Pein's bodies, and who must fight them. It really isn't so easy getting to Pein. They must beat all the Akatsuki first and all the Rain's shinobis. They have other things to worry about before getting close to Pein, right?
