kisame probably reffered to tobi/madara as mizukage because madara ran away from konoha and he could've taken refuge in the hidden mist village and gained power as the Hokage when Kisame was still living in the hidden mist.

well if called him mizukage than he was/is the mizukage... the real question here is HOW he became the mizukage?

You know it never said what happened to Maadara's brother after he got ill, it didn't say he died so maybe he's still alive. I think that Maadara wants Sasuke for his eyes as Itachi did mention Maadara is a shadow of who he used to be and maybe that's because of his eyes have gone weak (might help explain the mask aswell).
Jiraya was like Naruto's godfather and I think Naruto's gona become much more serious because of his death.
Maybe the secret Itachi took to his grave involved what happened when the Nine tails appeared in Konoha or maybe it was about his illness, btw Tsunade refered to Naruto (so did Jiraya) as the destined Child... How do you think everyone will react to Naruto now? And will they try to keep him at Konoha or will they try to find him somewhere else safe? Will Naruto go for revenge for Jiraya's death? I can`t remeber where, but I belive I saw a picture with madera`s brother funeral. Some say Tobi is Obito; because we see only the right eye. If he is not Obito, why he hide his left eye?
Madera wanted to be hokage, but he lost the battel, maybe he looked like a new place to become a kage, doesn`t matter with country?
I hope at next chapter, we see more about the others. I?m a littel bored about sasuke.
