itachi doesnt want sasuke to revive the clan, he was given direct orders from konoha to destroy his clan, he just couldnt do it to his brother, am i right?
i respect Itachi, used to hate him but now knowing wht really happened completely changed my mind about him... we'll be hearing alot of him in the next chapters. I think the message tht jiraya sent was telling naruto tht minato (4th, right?) is his dad and the truth about his life... so then theres the contrast (or similarity) between naruto and sasuke's life...
Itachi's power to be used against Pein....idk... its an interesting thought but from what they talked (Itachi and Naruto) it seems that this power is meant for sasuke only (or for sharingan only)

i know that pein is powerful (especially if he can beat someone as b.a. as jiraiya) but i think if they brought tsunade(taijutsu and medical) and kakashi (ninjutsu and genjutsu) they'd have him covered. jiraiya was foolish for infiltrating another country to look for the leader of such a dangerous organization by himself at his age. not to mention he still almost won. and i think he could've been holding back cuz they were his old students. i personally dont see pein as a threat because he doesnt leave his country, he gets his subordinates in akatsuki to do it. but whos left? kisame, konan, zetsu, and madara. madara is with sasuke, konan is always with pain anyways, ive never seen zetsu fight and i dont think he will, so its down to just kisame. kisame is strong, but couldnt do much against that kakashi-tsunade combo so pain needs to get off his ass, take some initiative and move forward too if he wants to get the kyuubi. otherwise konoha will keep routing their members one by one until no one is left. i think its not going back to pein for a while, cuz there are more important things for kishi to cover first. but since naruto is in the village again, he'll probably find out about j-mans death and it could switch back to akatsuki again

very good point. but we dont know how important what he found out was. either way it will help, but like i sed, im going with the kakashi-tsunade combo u kno. the two best ninjas in konohadont forget that jiraya figured out pians secret (or so he thought) so whoever fights him next tsunade or naruto they have the advantage

ehhhh hes alrite. but like i sed. naruto only has a few good jutsu. kage bunshin, rasengan, kuchiyose, whatevr kaze jutsu he learns. but kakashi had the sharingan so he has like a whole freaking arsenal of jutsu. the only thing naruto has better is his stamina. and he has nothing to use it on. sure naruto is cool and all, but vs. pain? seriously? but if anyone has seen the episode of the shippuuden where naruto first meets sora, u see naruto actually picked up some taijutsu in the time skip. and think about it. tsunade and kakashi. both hokage level nin. she sed herself if something were to happen, kakashi would be the next choice. hmmmm what about all three?
but yea in that episode, he owned sora cuz they were in a fist fight and naruto was just like blocking everything without trying and got a bunch of easy hits on him

that was just a filler it doesnt count..for my at least... you said "what about all three" but remember that konoha moves in 4 man teams but still I think Naruto will fight pain after he gets stronger that is...

well it does cuz its still official naruto anime, so if kishi wants to show naruto is good at taijutsu, then he must be good at taijutsu. and what about sakura too? that would be a good team. cuz sakura doesnt bite balls after the break as much now that she is basically tsunade but younger. yea. tsunade, kakashi, naruto, and sakura vs. pein and konan (konan is going to be part cuz she is always around pein)
I reakon sakura and konan would be a seperate fight allowing naruto to go straight for pain instead of having to take care of her first... but isn't pain going to go after naruto next for the kyuubi inside of hiim?

maybe not sakura... i would say like... hinata... shell be like i must help and stuff maybe even ino... ino is gonna have a really big part in the story... i think this because she hasnt had such a big part in the storyline yet... thts wht i think at least

Nope that comes out this friday... 403 came out last friday and I think we're all hoping this chapter is about everyone finding out J-man's dead and wats going to been done about it. I hope this is the biggest motivation for Naruto to go and get stronger or to unleash all tails and go and kill pain! lol

sasuke is not going to die.
fate says that naruto and sasuke will fight in the end and that one of them has to die. One major theme is the anime is that if a person works hard (or never gives up) he can change destiny. Therefore Naruto will save konoha (and ninja world) and all his loved ones.

ok who would be the one to kill sasuke? i guarantee because of the story line, the only ones who would face sasuke would be the ones who wouldnt kill him. naruto, sakura, kakashi, maybe yamato or sai too. but none of those would kill him. so i highly doubt sasuke would die
