The only relation that the movies have to the plot is the characters included, based on where they are.
The villains always have nothing to do with any existing story, so that they cannot have negative ramifications on future plot lines.
I've only seen movies 2 and 4 so far (2 SUCKED btw; since when is Naruto a Sci-Fi manga/show?). In 2, some invading technologically-advanced organization from a place that has never heard of chakra is invading. It has some Gaara/Kankurou fighting along with Sakura, Naruto and someone else from Konoha (Lee, perhaps?). It ended without any influence on the nations, beyond the Sand losing one battle.
Movie 4 involved a demon and his army of non-living golem things. Naruto had to guard a priestess and escort her along. Again, ended without much actual influence on anything.
Movie 1 is the only one with Sasuke, I think. It is in the snow country or something like that.
I know nothing about movie 3.
A Sasuke/Naruto battle is FAR TOO EPIC to ever be included in a movie. If you think about it, the three "battles" they have had (1 real fight, the one on top of the hospital and the one at Orochi's hideout) all end with extreme influences on Naruto, although the hospital one is quickly overshadowed by the fight at the Valley of the End.
