Actually he said that the bijuu could talk to each other through Naruto and u do realize that this become one thing happened before Kaguya meaning it was just Nardo becoming jinchuuriki.

Hagoromo never said anything about Naruto siphoning chakra when need be :|

As their true host, Naruto could easily access their chakra as he did vs kaguya. That was the purpose of the sage stating that, he told kurama to remain with Naruto to help manage the meetings. If Naruto was in an emergency He would simply request a psyche meeting asking to borrow their chakra.

Naruto wasn'tA host just a meeting ground. Had he been a host the bijuu could have created more chakra for him during Vote, but Naruto had barely any bijuu chakra left when he launched his last attack

Naruto isn't physically their host, only kurama. But mentally he is all their host. All the bijuu love Naruto, they believe he was hagoromo incarnate(Obviously Not). They would aid him in an instant without hesitation.

Naruto only used the chakra they gave him b4. He hasn't taken any since which is y it ran out so quick

I believe it was simply out of respect, the bijuu were constantly being used like tools, prehaps Naruto only relied on Kurama out of respect? Either way its mangafact he can host meeting anytime at which point can ask/use their chakra.

If I am not mistaken Naruto was in contact with the bijuu when he first received chakra. :| He hasn't shown the ability to do it without contact with the bijuu. I mean Naruto could always talk to Bee telepathically, but he never received chakra from him that way

Who knows? It was simply an assumption. The only mangafact i presented was that Naruto can host meeting whenever and borrow chakra.
