Probably because Sasuke has the potential to know or learn Izanagi and Izanami, if he doesn't already.

Shadow Clones and Rasen-shuriken are pretty weak jutsu nowadays, the only other forbidden jutsu I would have seen Naruto getting is Reaper Death Seal, but he can't because he's a jin.

naruto clones almost soloes war and his rasenshuriken can hurt juubi and juubito... this really weak jutsu.= D

The shadow clone that naruto using was not a forbidden jutsu, the one that was forbudden was the scroll. And rasenshuriken is not forbidden. Its an a class jutsu like kakashi said before.

(Shadow clones) they use equal force as the user and can bring intel to the user
They use less chakra than regular clones.

Like hashirama has his mokuton bunshin.

Point is, regular bunshin are worthless in battle since they cost substantial
Chakra, but naruto's dont, thats why he uses bunshin in every battle and why noone else does.

Kage bunshin (Shadow clone) is not forbidden [Kiba can use it]. However Tajuu Kage Bunshin (Multi Kage Bunshin) is forbidden because it requires a person to have lots of chakra since the chakra would be split evenly to create clones.

Actually Naruto's clones cost a lot but he has a lot of chakra, it is a jounin level jutsu after all. Kiba learned Shadow clone jutsu but can't use hat much due to lack of chakra same as how Kakashi can only make a few clones. As for Hashirama's wood clone, he infused his wood element into his shadow clone just like how Kisame/Zabuza/Kakashi/Itachi used water clones, Kakashi used Lightning clone, Sai use ink clone.

yes, Kage Bunshin No Jutsu, it is a Forbidden Jutsu.

and Rasenshuriken is also a Forbidden Jutsu.

Kage Bushin is actually the most deadly forbidden Jutsus among those who do not require sacrifices. If someone does not have a beastly load of chakra he would die instantly after using Kage Bushin. This is why most of Naruto's mentors specially Kakashi and Jiraya always warned him. Even Bee warned him when Naruto had to trade chakra with Kyuubi while doing KB.

The only reason Naruto can spam KB is that his bloodline his Uzumaki, and also because he had Kyuubi when using in KM.
Apart from Naruto, only Hashirama can use it naturally, and edo Madara can use it thanks to Hashirama's clone in his edo.
