in a previous thread i saw someone telling us that Sasuke is stronger than Naruto because he has the potential to learn Forbidden Jutsus?

yes, Kage Bunshin No Jutsu, it is a Forbidden Jutsu.

and Rasenshuriken is also a Forbidden Jutsu.

the strain on the body is great so excessive use is not recommended unless you have great stamina

Sasuke used to have the Cursed seal of heaven, which was given to him by Orochimaru. I think thats about it. Sasuke doesn't have anymore kinjutsu as of now

forbidden jutsu doesn't mean it is a strong jutsu honestly. The reason jutsu are forbidden is due to it causing some sort of risk or harm. Kage Bunshin believe it or not is a very taxing jutsu considering it cuts your chakra in half. If you notice only high end ninja use it for the most part. They made it forbidden so every ninja would not try to do it. Imagine Iruka using Kage bushin. he would probably not survive.

Especially if used in the form of which Naruto used it to create Rasen Shuriken

Probably because Sasuke has the potential to know or learn Izanagi and Izanami, if he doesn't already.

Shadow Clones and Rasen-shuriken are pretty weak jutsu nowadays, the only other forbidden jutsu I would have seen Naruto getting is Reaper Death Seal, but he can't because he's a jin.

The strain it puts on the users, the user feels a degree of the exhaustion that the clone feels. When Naruto trained with like 200 clones and they were all tired, the moment Naruto disperse them he gained their knowledge of training and some of their exhaustion which can be mental as well as physical. It also weakens you by evenly splits your chakra among the clones and takes some of your focus and or concentration to keep the clones up.

Not really, it has it's own use. It can be used as diversions, used in tactical strategies, increase training or aid in jutsus such as rasengan, Minato/Tobirama jutsu to switch a clone with the enemy or fight a number of enemies. Naruto used the clones to learn something that takes years in a few weeks. So image if Naruto trained with 200 clones (same amount as he did learning rasenshuriken) for 1 year, it would be like training for 200 days per day in that year. If Naruto used his clones with his training with Jiraiya then he would have been even stronger than he was.

Well Forbidden jutsus are jutsus that are usually high ranked jutsu that can be a danger to the user. So in a way the MS jutsus can be consider forbidden jutsus but only for those with MS since they suffer the side effects but since Sasuke has EMS and doesn't suffer from the side effects, those jutsus would no long be considered forbidden. Well Naruto would have more forbidden jutsus if you consider rasenshuriken's variations such as mini raseshuriken or Chuo oodama rasenshuriken.

The shadow clone that naruto using was not a forbidden jutsu, the one that was forbudden was the scroll. And rasenshuriken is not forbidden. Its an a class jutsu like kakashi said before.

They know a differnt kind of bunshin, naruto's is kage bunshin,
(Shadow clones) they use equal force as the user and can bring intel to the user
They use less chakra than regular clones.

Like hashirama has his mokuton bunshin.

Point is, regular bunshin are worthless in battle since they cost substantial
Chakra, but naruto's dont, thats why he uses bunshin in every battle and why noone else does.
