Ems is the same as ms but the level of the powers is much better without any blindness risk. That means unlimited and better amaterasu, better tsukuyomi and all that stuff without any problems. And ems can see in darkness.

I think the whole I can see darkness thing was a phrase dude. Not to be taken literally.
Also it's not unlimited, the techniques still consume chakra. Sorry dude, Sasuke won't be able to just spam his moves all the time.

Naruto wins for a variety of reasons.

Naruto is super strong atm, and he is gonna get stronger. If you'd waited another day to make this thread, we'd all be able t give better answers I think.
