I think that any one of the three could defeat ROOT depending on the numbers. One awesome combination would be a tree prison followed by Kakashi's Kimui or Naruto's sage FRS. Anyone get the irony/pun? Yamato and Kakashi/Naruto would defeat ROOT with roots! lol

I wouldn't be surprised if the fight started off with only Kakashi and Yamato fighting (maybe Sai) while Naruto meditates to gather nature chakra, which doesn't seem to take too long these days.
