I don't think skilled is the right word but I know what you mean. It's not like Naruto isn't skilled, he's just not as much as Sasuke. While Sasuke isn't as strong as Naruto. They both make up for their weaknesses.
They've tied in every official fight they've fought, so I don't get why Naruto should "jitter" at the thought. Not when he's also more powerful than Sasuke is.
Not really, Hashirama was called dumb by Tobirama but we know he's stronger and healthier than Itachi was who was called a better shinobi than Hashirama by Hashirama himself. Clearly neither Naruto or Hashirama were talking about skills or power but what a ninja really is; someone who endures the hardship. This is said to Sasuke when he asked Hashirama what it means to be a shinobi and Naruto told Bolt he needs to endure his hardship because he's a ninja too.
Naruto might not have been the smartest guy around but he has always been smart in a weird way as Kakashi said in the war arc and he only grown more wiser and tactful as he grew up. Sasuke's strategy couldn't land a decent hit on Kaguya while each strategy Naruto had allowed him to; many of the ninjas Naruto beaten were smarter and/or had more experience yet he still beat them.
You think Naruto, who has Hagoromo yang chakra which is physical energy/life force, is not the healthiest one? Naruto is the stronger of the two, he fought Sasuke without using the other 8 Bijuu's abilities, without using frog kata which Sasuke can't see, and without wanting to kill Sasuke. Even after the fight he gain full Kurama and Hashirama cells (Sasuke already got it when Kabuto gave him some) so he became even more powerful after the war. Let's not forget that he can gain months-years worth of training in a day using shadow clones so he can increase his base stats and skills while mastering the use of his different modes.
Let me put it this way. Current KSM (full Kurama) is on War arc BSM (Yang Kurama) level if not higher. Now how powerful do you think BM, BSM, and RSM are for current Naruto? Full Kurama's chakra is much more powerful than Yin or Yang Kurama and its double the reserve; now mix that with Sage Senjutsu and it not only further increases the reserve but makes the chakra even more powerful. He was new to his power in War arc but don't be surprise if he negates ninjutsus with his TSBs or cut through anything such as Susanoo with it either. His speed, power, durability, and strength are all much higher now.

If Naruto loses RSM, Sasuke loses his Rin'negan. Simple as that. You can't be stupid enough to think that Kishi would let one keep their Rikudou power-up but make the other lose theirs.
Naruto beats Sasuke now so I don't see a problem here. He's an humble guy, and he was obviously helping Sasuke's daughter out, the very thing that Sasuke should be doing instead of ignoring the situation. Nothing changes though, Naruto is always playing clean up for other people's messes.

Sasuke won the Bridge fight. He had Naruto so scared that he became physically ill and fell down, however Kakashi blamed it on the kunai when in fact it was just Sasuke's raw presence that caused it.
