Samaheda is the reason why Kisame had huge chakra, so it is not an inherent skill given from birth.
Without Samaheda, kisame is a fodder that will die from dehydration and chakra exhaustion.

I think everyone should have equal chakra, or be able to exercise and gain more, because its unfair that your birth clan gives you more chakra and ability.

Naruto is also an Uzumaki and not just Namikaze. Don't underestimate an Uzumaki

Naruto got his excess chakra from uzumaki heritage. Different clans have a unique thing that makes them to b grouped into the same clan so in essence everybody can never be the same

I think you meant to say Uzumaki because Namikaze aren't known for exceptionally strong or big chakra levels.
