Naruto is the most technical manga.

No where near as technical as One Piece. I can see it passing Bleach in that sense but aside from that I don't now many modern manga that in which Naruto surpasses in terms of complexity.

when it comes to powers yeah haki and the whole cp9 ark was technical as **** story wise very in naruto its the same goddamn thing everytime talk no jutsu

op surprises you i ll say that when it comes to getting new nakama yes its kinda of the same story(besides that every straw hat crew member story is different ) its just better than naruto op is very ****ing complex and its stoy is one of a kinda it shares similar good things with naruto but in the end its just way bettter fights aren't as good as naruto barely but that one fight with lucci has satisfied me til now..

This is jusy one of the many reasons OP is better than Naruto. OP isn't more technical. Haki maybe, but as long as you pay attention to OP, it's not that hard to grasp.
