I do not agree. The most badass characters in every manga I've read so far (that's a lot) where all the time goodhearted, but strong crazy bosses who never give up and fight with a brave heart.

Well badassary depends on person to person; so i would not say the most badass definetely; but he is one of the top badasses.

What is badass about being too damn op and "soloing" everyone? Why would Madara be badass by standing there and doing things that requires little effort from him? It is also about bravery and standing ground no matter what; a "weak" person can be badass too; Rin sacrificing her life for village was badass, Jiraiya trying to send info the village in his dying moments was badass, Lee standing up to fight with Gaara with crippled limbs and unconcious was badass, there were too many moments of badassary without opness...

Naruto was almost out of power in that chapter but he was badass regardless :scorps:

I guess am the only one that would disagree. To me naruto is very boring as a character and him getting the most development and screen time just allows me to dislike him even more. To me Orichimaru, Pein, Itachi, Jirayia, and Madara are the badass characters in the whole series. Naruto and Saskue are just born gifted with high levels of chakara and OP tools like the sharigan and the nine-tail fox. They are both annoying to me and again thats just my opinion
