Naruto is still a genin level ninja

I feel like I'm the only one who understands what Mellanoma is referring to.
Obviously, power-wise, Naruto is well-above genin level. Top 5, pretty much.
But basic shinobi guidelines and procedures that he has failed to study, train in, and perfect would most likely prevent him from ranking anywhere past a Chuunin. He doesn't really qualify as a conventional shinobi, which is where the pracitcal rules and regulations come into play. He's fantastic at TNJ, but he's not exactly fit for a leadership position just yet.

^^LOL WTF, power lvl high kage-above kage lvl. Intelligence is jounin lvl (battle wise), plus he can learn faster than anyone through shadow clones, sometimes he acts retarded though.

Every ninja has a weakness, Naruto's being the ones mentioned above, but also since Naruto has an OP offense that proves being a good point also because when it comes into disadvantageous situations Naruto is the best to come up with the impressive offense.
1. Naruto mastered shadow clone before he was a genin and defeated a chuunin level ninja.
2. He is the best shadow clone user in NV.
3. He is currently the strongest ninja alive in konoha.
4. Most of his jutsus if they hit you're dead.
5. He's the only senjutsu master there is and the only shinobi that has tamed Kurama. Naruto also has shown some great intellect when it comes to creating and doing offenses like how he attacked kakuzu, Obito in recent chapter, that 3 step attack during pain arc, nullifying shinra tensei using clones

Well list goes up well I'm just rather lazy to continue with the list. Also about each having a weakness if we would look at the current chuunins and jonins in Konoha you would see its all meaningless.
1. Fodder jounins and chuunins that are just casualties from Zetsu and powerful edo assaults but Naruto was able to stop them.
2. Kakashi's low chakra reserves, he always has to think and use the best least chakra consuming method, this also applies to Shikamaru. Probably even Ino has more chakra reserves than anyone in her team but her inability to move when using her bloodline jutsus that is still a weakness.
3. Most of the K11 ninjas that are chuunin and some jounin have only one batttle range mode, but Naruto can do all of them U_U. Kiba who has used just one new jutsu after over 300 chapters but still chuunin that means nothing lol. Gaara is the worst when it comes to battle modes he only knows long range and sucks at taijutsu like Shino and puppet masters.
So tell me exactly after all these disadvantages the shinobi has who has, can you rally say Naruto has a disadvantage rather to an advantage?

I will try to be brief, and simply list his abilities and showcases in battle.

- He has Sage Mode, Sage mode was seen only buy some of the greatest ninjas in the series. (Hashirama,Kabuto,etc)
- He has completely mastered Rasengan to the point he was able to put a nature element to it and create different variants, something Minato (4th Hokage) could not do.
- He is an Uzumaki, though its not his actual accomplishment but more of luck he has great amount of physical force and stamina
- He completely mastered the Kyuubi chakra being able to use it at will
- He has Bijuu mode which gives him a large amount of possibilities in power and techs
- Noted by Kurama (Kyuubi) he has surpassed his father Minato in chakra control
- He is very intelligent, stated in our recent chapter he was able to figure out Senjutsu chakra is weak against Obito. The only other person who figured it out along with Naruto was Tobirama (2nd Hokage) who you can deem one of the most intelligent kages.
- He was able to defeat Pain. Must I say more ? Argue all you want. Naruto won the battle against a rinnegan user, how many people can say they have done that ? O yeah none >_>
- He was the main reason on how Kakashi, Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji were able to beat Kakazu. Where they were unable to find a way to beat him Naruto developed a jutsu that was strong enough to defeat a man of Kakazu's level.
- Naruto fought toe-to-toe with 6 other jinchurikis that were Edo and had Rinnegan and Sharingan in each eyes. In a battle where not much if no one would be able to win. Naruto after getting Bijuu mode did.
- Right now he is playing a large role in this war.

well yes naruto is ranked genin, but has elite kage level jutsus, because now I see that what matters in NV is the jutsus one has... So Naruto passes interms of being able to showcase his skills like how him and Nenji did during the chuunin exams... Since Neji was a jounin level ninja Naruto has to be above that and also I think it would be dumb to make Naruto take the exams again lol XD if they did that to him, he should just let kyuubi loose XD

If you read the manga they state that naruto has some of the best chakra control because he is controlling his chakra and kuramas even in the first series he was control both his and kuramas so I don't see how you can say he has poor chakra control
