Maybe you forgot about the Revolution Sasuke was planning after they defeated Kaguya? He was labled a war criminal for a reason.

Because Sasuke helped start the war and is an international criminal. I'm not praising Hitler if he cures cancer.

That is because Sasuke was a criminal of war who attempted to kill Naruto, plotted to kill the Kages along with the Bijuus.
His actions were pardoned by Naruto and Kakashi for the purpose in helping release IT.

The War Arc was his pardon, and I believe the Revolution idea being noted was from the idea of Kakashi speaking about it. Though I don't believe it was on VIZ, so it may be secluded information.

They said past actions, not war crimes... him going to be imprisoned was a given from hson actions BEFORE the war started... In the scan you provided they never specifically stated a single thing about the revolution plan

So the first part of your post that I am referencing had literally nothing to do with the point I an trying to make as it focuses solely on his crimes BEFORE the war, while I'm asking a question about how/when they claimed that he was a war criminal (somebody who commits acts of treason during war time). Then my second question was how did they know about his Revolution idea if 1. In the scan that YOU provided, they don't reference the revolution once...
2. Nothing us even inferred that they knew about it (outside of team 7)
