I'm a Sasuke fan but I don't see the problem with only Naruto being called the hero since he did most of the work in the war and Sasuke did turn on them after Kaguya was beaten. However it does make sense for Sasuke to get some credit since he did prevent Team 7 falling into the infinite tsukuyomi and he helped out a lot in the war even though he had bad intentions.

I doubt the ninja world know about Sasuke revolution plan because if they do then why would they allow Sasuke to travel by himself in chap 699? Only team 7 was present during this time so they could have kept it secret.

Sasuke did get a full pardon and I doubt he would get this if people knew he wanted to kill the Kages while they were under Madara's genjutsu and take over the world as a immortal.

Who other then Team 7 calls him out on the revolution plan in chap 699? only Kakashi, Sakura and Naruto were talking to Sasuke in this chapter

My point is that only Team 7 knew about the revolution plan so they may have kept it a secret.

Technically they would have lost the war without Sasuke but the same can be said for Naruto.
