Naruto is nothing without the Kyuubi? Sasuke is nothing without the Sharingan.

I agree saying naruto without kurama is worthless is the same as saying sasuke would be nothing without a brother. Both have plot points that govern and control their respective power ups, sasuke's being itachi, naruto's being kurama. Both have specific kkg that assist in there power ups as well - naruto has unique chakra perfect for controlling kuramas chakra, sasuke with similar chakra to take itachi's eyes.

Sigh, stupidity as usual. The Kyuubi is an independent sentient being. Meanwhile the Sharingan are just special eyes part of the uchiha bloodline. Same as Naruto's chakra level being a part of the Uzumaki line. And besides, Sasuke already proved he was a better ninja than Naruto without all that stuff by being far superior to him in the academy.

I believe so too. The Kyuubi held him back for a long time. But I believe he is still more powerful in Bijuu Mode than he would have ever been any other way.

Nope he wouldn't even have sage mode. The frog told him that if he didn't have so much chakra then sage energy would take over him. Naruto gets his chakra from kyuubi

Not really now yes because he has kcm and bijuu mode. However he would have more charka because some of his charka is diverted to the seal of Kyuubi. Beside Kakashi said the without nine tails Naruto would have more charka

There is no such thing as Naruto without the kuubi, Naruto managed to tame Kurama like no other jinjuriki had.He proved that he is worth of the power he was given.
And there is no such thing as Sasuke without the sharingan.He awakened it and managed to have good control on it and that's how he proved he is worth it.The MS and the EMS is another story though.

My opinion is that Naruto and Sasuke have something significant and important in common: they have an S(+) Class Power like Kurama and Sasuke Susano'o.
It's Naruto's merit for taming(in the right way) Kurama, I believe Bijuu Mode Kurama is stronger than untamed Kurama, not specifically because of the signs, but because I believe the Seal gives him a power boost, and also because he is linked with Naruto, fact proven by the combos Naruto does in both Chakra and Bijuu Modes: by being linked and especially when they are working together they can do things that neither of them could do before they united(The Seal !).
Sasuke's Susano'o is in my opinion as powerful as a Bijuu, that's just my opinion.. Almost everybody knows what Susano'o is, so I don't need to explain it too, but just add one thing: in Sasuke's fights, the Susano'o gave me the impression that it has it's own consciousness and personality, I know the Susano'o is in this case Sasuke's anger and hatred incarnated/"incarnated" but maybe it's not something temporary and it becomes something permanent as Sasuke uses it more. We didn't see everything Sasuke's Susano'o is capable of so I don't understand why people drop to conclusions.

With all due respect, Sasuke gets his power from an independent sentient being as well - Itachi. If it wasn't for Itachi he wouldn't have got MS or EMS. Both Naruto and Sasuke were essentially given plot opportunities to power up. Naruto's is kurama sure, but Sasuke's is also Itachi. Sasuke didn't have to have a brother, but by plot he did.
On a side note Kurama confirmed in the latest chapter that Naruto's special chakra is the reason he can control the bijuu chakra so well. He stated that 'because he has Kushina's blood' - so it may not be Uzumaki specific. Regardless naruto has a KKG in some form or another that makes him perfect for hosting bijuu. Why then do you criticise him for using it?
Finally your argument about the academy holds no weight. About 99% of character progress has been set after the academy, so its a very unremarkable point to focus on. Despite that we know that Naruto couldn't mold chakra well because of Kurama hence why he wasn't good at the academy. Once he learned to control it he developed rasengan - at which point Sasuke left the village because he didn't feel like he could keep up with Naruto's progress.
No naruto doesn't get his chakra from Kurama, instead it is because he is Uzumaki that he has an extraordinary amount of chakra. Kakashi said that a 12 year old Naruto had 4x as much as him.
Hmm let's see, the sharringan is in his DNA. Does someone given to him after his bird? No one did it.

Then by your logic, would it be safe for me to say EMS is not in Sasuke's DNA? Were Itachi's eyes given to him after birth, yes. Was Sasuke the right vessel, yes, but thats something different (apparently). So there is no Sasuke without sharingan, yet there is Sasuke without EMS (and MS really).
Point being it is only through plot/convenience that both characters get an separate individual to draw power from. Naruto has Kurama, Sasuke has Itachi. If you eliminate both from the manga you would get a 3-tomoe (maybe CS) Sasuke vs. SM Naruto.....doesn't take a genious to figure out who wins that.

Sasuke without itachi's own two eyes is visionless, fodder but naruto without kurama can do SM, shadow clones, e.t.c and can see,battle his enemies whereas sasuke would just sit in a house waiting for when death comes to pick him up..
Lol now who is more useless? Is it naruto without kurama? Or sasuke without itachi's own two eyes.?.....
