Naruto is not Hokage Material

Naruto is still young and can still learn stuff. Yes, gaara became kazekage at a young age, but most of the other kage didn't. So he doesn't have to become hokage right away. Nobody stays a kid all his life... Look at Obito, he was just like Naruto. Now he is very smart. Naruto already matured a bit, but he is 16, so give the guy a break..

Dude the series is not over yet time will tell but there's no one in the leaf right now thats more suited to become hokage....Kakashi lost my vote of confidence after he had a mental meltdown on the battlefield after finding out who tobi was..... and his student had to both save him and give him a wake up call for him to come back to his senses

This thread is for as of now, I know a lot of people think he will be the next hokage after tsunade if she dies in the war, but I dont think he will be ready directly after the war ends.

Naruto deffinatly lacks in political and economic skills...however, Naruto deffinatly has leadership, the will of the people, the will of fire lol, and the strength of will and might to affirm his actions.

Naruto is a good leader as he builds the moral and encourages those around him....just look at who Hinata is today.

Now what he lacks...he has friends to help. Tsunade has Shizune there to help her so naturally Naruto could have an aid. Shikamaru and Kakashi are both easily capable of helping him. He also has Shadow Clones in order to blaze through paper work...though it would still be a hassle.

Naruto with the help of an aid or two could deffinatly work out as Hokage, but yes he still has a long way to go before he just...so to say Solo's the Hokage life!

Being Hokage at one point doesnt mean it is important by political gestures, in NV it is pure heroic figure who stands out and arise above everyone, they have their own advisor and financial controller so to speak, and Hokage just acting as a distributor which approves who to what mission, and always taken the village stability and peace into his/her main priority.

#1. The Hidden Villages don't deal with that stuff, the nation has a government who handles all that. The Hidden Villages do not govern. Each of the five nations are ruled by a daimyo.

#3. Just seeing what Naruto has had to do I bet he could handle the stress and workload.

#4. The 3rd didn't have the Talk no Jutsu. Nobody would ever dare try a coux against Naruto. He also has evil intent-sensing powers. Actually, he would want to be in a position where he is able to have some authority over these kind of things.
