If you said "yes" to all 3 of these, then I don't see how you can say Naruto does not contain Uzumaki genes. Now whether the Uzumaki genes are expressed or not, that is a whole different can of worms.

The chakra of his mother was just there so he could met her someday, that chakra has dissapeared now along with Minato's.

Naruto has obvious Uzumaki traits, he's an Uzumaki and that's one of the reasons he can control Kurama's chakra

In naruto the uzamaki clan is known for their strong will power, and strong life force. The key trait of this clan in every character we have seen so far is red hair. Nagato has red hair, so does Karin, kushina, and mito; therefore I don't think naruto possesses the power of the uzamaki blood line because, well he has blonde hair not red. It is possible that they named him uzamaki because it was supposed to be a secret that 4th was his dad so instead of giving him his dad's last name they gave him his mother's name instead. This guy seems to have a point. Aside from his sirname , nothing of him suggests he is an uzumaki.

Look at tsunade for example, Hashirama possessed mokuton and healing techniques but tsunade was only good at healing techniques . So even though she was daughter of hashirama, she didn't possess all his abilities.
Uzumaki are good at healing too , look at karin for example. So she possessed only her mother's abilities and not "much" from her father, she only got healing without handseals at best.

Similarly, naruto only got high chakra reserves from her mother and not strong life force. Though it got compensated when he got kyuubi chakra (KM) which gave him a huge life force which could even make trees grow out of zetsu.
So, we can conclude, he is not fully an uzumaki but half uzumaki.

It's not about the abilities.. Even those whom are viewed untalented are considered a part of their clan if their parents are from it. Naruto is half uzumaki, but even if he had none of their abilities that doesn't erase this fact, after all his mother is 100% uzumaki. What other proof is needed!
