Naruto is not an uzamaki

In naruto the uzamaki clan is known for their strong will power, and strong life force. The key trait of this clan in every character we have seen so far is red hair. Nagato has red hair, so does Karin, kushina, and mito; therefore I don't think naruto possesses the power of the uzamaki blood line because, well he has blonde hair not red. It is possible that they named him uzamaki because it was supposed to be a secret that 4th was his dad so instead of giving him his dad's last name they gave him his mother's name instead. What do you think?

Let us say hypothetically that your last name is Peter.

Your dad has blonde hair, and your mother has red.

I'm guessing blonde hair is dominant/co-dominant to red hair. Thus you would inherit your father's hair.

Your last name would still be Peter, and you would still have inherited traits from your mother's side.

Naruto is an Uzumake! Why you ask?

Because his mother is an Uzumaki and he has a strong life force. Also, they gave him his mother's surname because to protect him form the enemies of Minato. If they know that Naruto is the son of Minato, then they will probably kill or capture him.

Just because he inherited his yellow hair from his father, doesn't mean that he is not an Uzumaki.

Based on Tobi's words, only one (or at least one) of Nagato's parents was a descendant from the Uzumaki clan. And he had red hair.

Naruto is an uzumaki and has the bloodline advantages which enabled him to survive the cell-destroying effects of Kurama's hatred within its chakra several times. Also, Naruto has been repeatedly noted to have a massive reserve of exceptionally strong chakra of his own.

But you are right. He isn't an uzamaki. Though he is an Uzumaki. Sorry, I had to.
