Is everybody forgetting that Naruto is only "16" and is way more powerful than anyone else in the Shinobi Alliance. He has accomplished so much, has been through so much, and has so much experience in battle for any other kid at his age.
He learned Rasengan without the need of multiple clone training like he did with the Wind Rasengan. Also even though his chakra is all whacked out by suppressing Kurama's chakra all the time he still figured out a way to complete his training with the very complicated Rasengan. Then to go further than that he is the ONLY one who has combined it with his nature while also learning how to throw it.
Now lets go over some of the other amazing things he has done:
-He mastered a Kage Level technique called "Kage Bushin no Jutsu" at the age of 12
-He combined SM & CM(not so much to do with skill but we see how far his power can go if he is pushed to that level)
-He fully mastered Perfect Sage Mode at such a young age in only a week when it took Jiraiya years
-He fully mastered Kurama's chakra
-He figured out how to defeat the 3rd Raikage and do all as a clone
-He mastered TBB to the point where he can make one with his finger
-and many more................
We can go over all about how strong he is or how smart he really is but the fact is that he is a very powerful ninja and very smart as well because not a lot of ninja could have done what he has done at his age.
