Naruto is stronger than anyone bar Obito, Madara, Nagato and possibly Sasuke. he's far beyond kage level. even at the level when he fought pain, he would have defeated the kage easily. tsunade, oonoki, and mei aren't fast enough to dodge a rasenshuriken. gaara could possibly tank it but sage naruto could easily evade the sand and kill him with taijutsu. and A is fast true, but his dad was equally fast (noted by naruto), and his chakra armour was much stronger than A's yet was still cancelled by rasenshuriken with minor damage, and naruto landed a rasengan on him with sm. meaning naruto would need to land a close-range rasenshuriken on A.
