What Naruto has is 1,
which he barely is using properly, and the only thing he can rely on is Rasenshuriken since that jutsu which is just an upgrade of his rasengan, so apparently people are not impressed of his skills,
He can't even create Rasengan with 1 hand without BM/SM,
He can't use Rasenshuriken without Sage Mode Lol
His strenght is coming from a borrowed power.(Kyuubi)

Jounins are not have to have 2 elemental abilities; Neji had none, Kankuro has none, Gai obviously has none; or he clearly is not choosing to use it...Kakashi said they usually have it.
Naruto is a high level shinobi; a level in the same (sometimes higher) of a kage.

It's a borrowed power that only he can control. It may as well be his. And he's been kage level ever since he got sage mode, km and bm are beyond kage level. No one can compare to him since he powered up an entire army so much so that they went from fodder to fighting the juubi, nothing anyone else has matters at this point.
