The manga contradicts itself at several points.What kakashi said was in general.There are several shinobi infact there are kage level shinobi who don't possess any kind of elemental attacks.
Rasenshuriken is one of the strongest wind techs and it's a unique tech created by naruto.Don't you call that skill??
A jinchuriki has access to the bijuu's chakra.You say as if it's a borrowed power like lee having naruto's kyuubi cloak.It's his power and you can't deny it.

His clone took out the 3rd raikage! A CLONE. Thats like 50% of his power, imagine 100% Naruto going all out against your character.

Typically jonin have 1 or more.
Not all jonin have to specialize in elemental affinities.
Naruto has the rarest element out of them to begin with.
His elemental attack is surpassed by nobody so learning any other element when he has resenshuriken would be irrelevant
as it would not match the speed or power of his current justu.
There is no specific way to use a certain element ? Are you talking about his overall amount of elemental techniques ?
If so then once again no other wind technique is as strong as resenshuriken.

You saying he is not jonin level because he can't form it with one hand ? The way he preps his technique doesn't
actually interfere with how it actually works lol He uses a clone so technically he is still using one hand.
Him not being able to use it outside of sage mode is once again irrelevant since he can go into sage mode whenever he wants.

Its funny how you points out the small things about his S rank justu as credence that she isn't hokage material while you also mention that he is a sage lol

It isn't borrowed power unless he ask the Kyuubi for it or the Kyuubi gives him it. He forcefully took a part of the Kyuubi's chakra and now Naruto's charka is merged with Kuramas.

SM isn't easy training, Kabuto couldn't complete it even with all his power ups. The only people able to use SM from Konoha are Hashirama, Jiraiya, and Naruto.

According to the Naruto Wiki, Tobirama only has 1 nature type.

Uh you said he can't use it without SM. He used it without SM and now you are trying to turn it around because this is a pointless thread. It seems like you only made this thread because Sasuke doesn't even stand a chance against him anymore.

How about this, sometimes when Sasuke fights, he is no better than the Hulk. Strong, sure. Bloody rage monster though.

Naruto could use the RS in base mode, it is just that he doesn't have enough chakra to throw it, so he would need to use clones to distract the foe, I am sure at some point he could gain the upper hand enough to send a clone in with the RS so that he doesn't feel any of the backforce from the jutsu..

You can't really talk about naruto using borrowed power, When sasuke has been using Borrowed power through most of the manga, Curse mark, orochimaru's powers/techs when he absorbed him, Now EMS and so on.
