Well, the answer is that Itachi found out the there was another person who showed equal amounts of care to his brother just as he did, or even more if you ask me with all the trouble Naruto went to, just to bring back Sasuke to his senses. Its obvious for people like us but then there are the morons who still deny to accept this truth.

Well its kinda like this, since Sasuke is shown to be Itachi's legacy, the only one who was entrusted with KA was Naruto, and Itachi's will came from Shisui, so it ties up with three of them solving this case. Shisui's will was to prevent any Uchiha from turning against the leaf, despite what the village did to him.
