Its obvious for people like us but then there are the morons who still deny to accept this truth.

Well its kinda like this, since Sasuke is shown to be Itachi's legacy, the only one who was entrusted with KA was Naruto, and Itachi's will came from Shisui, so it ties up with three of them solving this case. Shisui's will was to prevent any Uchiha from turning against the leaf, despite what the village did to him.
