Yes, Naruto is a Sage that is classified as a Genin Sage till they get off their butts and promote Him. Theirs nothing to it but to do it.
Yep thats right , i just wanted to point that people say that naruto has "jounin" level jutsus ... Well even his Shadow clone is the best shadow clones we saw till now . And like i sayd fuuton rasen shuriken in CERTAINLY NOT JOUNIN LEVEL . It is BEYOND kage level .....
Well you should know Neji first Element, its really clear to notices.
Wind Element- judeing from his Clan moves Rotation and his new Jutsu which alloweds him to send a wind blast at his opponent.
maybe his second element is Earth/water out of those 2 not fire tho. he does not look like a fire type

Actually hardly anyone's asking about Naruto being a chuunin.Hi guys, i know alot of you guys have been asking question is naruto chunin?or why is he not Chunin?. is he good enougn for chunnin?
well guys to answer this question you just gotta think about this, back in his first ever Chunnin exam if you follow the episodes, he was the only one to win every match both first and second around. in a way i think we both know if the match was not interrupted, and Sasuke and garra was allowed to continue with garra using Shakaku sand spirt he would have won, which would have left Tamari vs Naruto, and Naruto would have own her i think we all could say that, example is Sasuke Own her with just a simple sub jutsu, and she was not even as strong as Neji who Naruto owned. and at that point of he season Sasuke was not as strong as Neji any ways " kakashi said it in th first part of the chunnin examp"<---thats my proof. and so the final battle is clearly naruto and Garra - and lets just make the same battle taken place how it happen but just not with sound and sand try to take over, but just naruto and garra fighting how they did- final resault naruto would have won, there for making him Chunnin. the point is because of the events taken place he was screwed, and not to mention he fact that he was a bijuu only screwed him event more- the point is other than shikamaru being made chunnin, Naruto should have been two the problem is the leaf fails to understand that

your wrong, he did take the chunnin exam and naruto is a sage, which if you look at the ranks is higher than kage level, i think that everyone is just too busy and not gotten the chance to promote him. if you look a when shikamaru became chunnin, he lost his match but he was worthy, and tsunade analyzed everyone and promoted who was to be promoted without taking a test, naruto was not around at that time

Naruto didn't finish the Chunnin exams he was too busy saving konoha's asses by fighting off the Shukaku. Without a doubt he deserves Jonin we all know that but will there be time for him to get the rank he deserves prob not

Naruto,Sasuke and Kabuto are listed as Genin and I bet that many a Jonin out their would wish they had the power level and skill that the 3 own.
Being genin, chunin or jounin doesn't matter. These ranks are to estimate the total ninja force that a village possess. Naruto is beyond this ranks he surpassed all the former hokages well he took down Gaara The Kazekage. He beat the crap out of Pein in sage mode while almost the whole village was wiped out. Results he give out are os importance not the rank. Enemy might take him lightly thinking he is a genin, but later he will be cursing himself for that.....
