Apart from Having A powerful body,Able to contain the chakra's Of Nine Bijuu's.
I can without a doubt here state that Naruto has the most powerful body Alive ,he has so much chakra Now,ALMOST LIMITLESS that he had to reseal Most of the Chakra He mixed with kurama,hence his Battle with Sasuke againts Shin,where in he saved the kids without Unsealing Kurama,and Manifested BM without Kurama.
But because of the enemy he was fighting,being of Otsutsuki Origin,he had to get serious,and released An immense amount of chakra Using the torii seal
Am sure hes being Amassing beyond Godly amount of chakra,because said chakra,encompassed the whole of the stadium and more.
Even when young,hes been known to posses 4 times kakashi's chakra,who happens to be a seasoned jounin.without kurama's aid,but 100times when kyubi's chakra manifest as a Red shrould.
And it doesnt stop there,because he can take insane amounts of NE into his body thereby empowering his basic stata to Godly levels.
Though hes got 5 chakra Natures and kekkei genkai,he still cant use then in a versatile way.But i fear to imagine if he starts learning to apply them without imbueing them into the Rasenshuriken,because we would have jutsus with feats exceedings Kisame water style or Madara's firestyle.
