Now that the war has started and the battles are getting juicier, a good IRC chat channel would make a good chat discussion on the fiy with the chapters that are developing in the ninja war each week.

Dead IRC's are waste of time. Some of the people who bring up the manga discussion bring amazing information. People like those are the ones that will run crazy irc chats. I'll be on it 24/7 if that happens. I can just imagine how an irc chat will blow off on people attempting to discover the true character of Tobi.
